ordering was easy, delivery to shop for collection was quick

Purchased two t shirts recently and got them on a Black Friday deal
On getting home my wife suggested looking online to get some more
I ordered again the same size and paid for delivery
On receiving this order it was too small?

We have purchased the hoody for a gift. It was packed poorly and because was left by deliverer behind a bin in a big rain (not even left the notice) it was totally wet before we have found it. We had to wash and dry it before was given to the birthday. If we could have time we would send it back. Btw option: collection in store didn’t work on the website correctly and we had to pay extra for home delivery. Online sale need some improvements

My order came within 2 days of ordering. Unfortunately I had to return it. I took it in to my local store. The young person there was so friendly and helpful. Offered to order another size. Very good customer service. Will definitely order from here again.xx

Amazing jacket, amazing colour and made with details, BUT how to made amazing jacket without pockets ??
Jacket doesn’t have pockets inside or wind stopper at the bottom of the jacket plus this two details and This jacket will be amazing,

all round good, except sizes seem small

Changing the item I ordered to the right size as it is a Christmas present for someone,the staff was very helpful and had no issues with changing the sizes

I was helped to order a coat in a colour that was not available in the shop through their online system. The whole process was super easy, staff very friendly and helpful
And my coat was ready for collection the following day. So very pleased, thank you.

I popped in to exchange a top that I’ve purchased in London, Oxford Street Store.
Unfortunately, Rushden Store didn’t have any stock so the lovely assistant offered to place an online order for me.
The assistant was incredibly polite and knowledgeable and placed an order for me. Whilst placing the order, computer was very slow and the assistant has kept me and my daughter engaged at all times.
I wish every store has such an amazing customer service

Brilliant clothing, well packaged and arrived within a few days (after much nail biting on seeing who was handling deliveries) . I’d saw the clothing I wanted in store but they didn’t have my size hence the online order.
I do have one niggling issue and that’s Superdry’s insistence on using Hermes (now Evri) for delivery, they’re worse than useless. In future I’ll only buy in store and not via mail order

Ordered in store but from the website - it was so easy and my new jacket arrived sooner than promised with free delivery to my house. Fantastic system, well executed !
