Very good customer service
I bought some skinny jeans in the sale as Superdry is a brand I’ve bought many times that I’m always happy with. Unfortunately the jeans were not comfortable and they did not stay up for some reason so I returned them to the Southampton store and explained the issue. I got a refund without any issue so was very happy with the outcome.

Good customer service.
I went into our nearest super dry store as my husband had seen a jacket he wanted to try on, unfortunately the smallest size they had was a medium which was too big. I asked the sales assistant if they had one in stock, after checking on her tablet she confirmed they were out of stock, then she politely suggested she looked at the warehouse to see if there was one available....result!! It was delivered to our house four days later just in time to be wrapped for Christmas. Good job !!
