Good stuff
Store was in the new(er) Stratford mall. Shop was literally packed with good stuff. So much so there wasn't much room to move. Staff were friendly and quick. My new winter coat is excellent.

We arrived at the store late
We arrived at the store late. The security guard was closing the doors. When we explained we were from out of town and caught the tube especially to purchase something at this store and we would be quick, he let in. Even though the shop assistance were dealing with a difficult transaction they were extremely pleasant to us. Exceptional service from this store.

Quality service
The jacket we wanted wasn't in store, the customer service received from a member of staff was very helpful. They were able to locate it online and place an order to be delivered to my home. Very helpful and my daughter is pleased with her jacket.

Perfect winter coat
This is the perfect winter coat! The length is just right, the material is perfect not flimsy at all. It’s most definitely water resistant and keeps me warm. I love that the pockets are have zips and the coat also has pockets inside the coat itself and a netted pocket also.
