Nice shop assistant lady
Easy navigation of the website is good but above all, the lady at the shop in Stratford Westfield was so sweet when I went to return the purchase. Long time ago I had a bad experience at the branch of battersea park, which put me off from buying the cloths from superdry for years. But this time she was very kind so I repurchased another t-shirt immediately after returning the wrong sized one. Thank you for being so nice.

Great service and good deal on 3 T Shirts. Love superdry clothes. Always quality and fit well. Best clothes shop! Cashier told me about 3 month guarantee with colour of the t shirt and that it shouldn’t fade. That’s how to sell quality clothes.

Click and collect order was supposed to…
Click and collect order was supposed to arrive on the 12th of June, I went to collect it on the 13th, it still hadn't arrived, I had ordered it for a father's day gift and I couldn't obviously provide the gift, had to source another gift from another company. I purchased it on a gift card, I am still waiting for the gift card to arrive.
