The girl at the counter was very helpful when I was struggling to decide what size to buy. She even tried on to show me how it would look and whether the size would fit 🤣. This company is great with their quality.

Really good jacket

I ordered a jacket online and collected it in store. Very easy and straightforward expect the size was smaller than anticipated. The store clerk, Karla went above and beyond to help me find the size up by checking the stock room and even the store despite being occupied with her own tasks. It took some time but I left the store a happy customer with a brand new jacket. Love my new jacket which was on offer and I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service at the Stratford Westfield branch, Karla was absolutely brilliant.

The lady was very helpful when I was buying was jacket for my gf, to check I had the right size. Also for confirming she could order online a specific coat as the size was out of stock if needed. I had a good look around the shop at menswear as well, to check sale offers. A good experience and good discounts on offer. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.
