Good quality and perfect size and colour.

Brought a jacket on the 26th December in Westfield Stratford, home only to find the security tag is still intact. This is so a unprofessional and upsetting for me as a customer.
As I was going on holiday the following day, was unable to return it. Took the jacket to superdry at Stansted Airport they couldn’t take it off. Thank goodness a very helpful sales assistant in JD sports was able to assist.

I like to order online and being able to collect from store as well as drop off my return to the store. Having said that I enjoy browsing in store too. Superdy alway has something I like🙂

I am a very big fan of superdry products as they use high quality materials for all their clothing and other products. They never go wrong in anything. I'm addicted to buying mostly clothing for myself and my children. I will always give them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We were able to look around the store without someone coming up every 2 minutes asking if we needed help. We tried on items and purchased what fitted well and felt nice

Poor customer service too long queue and not many staff at the till who were efficient in doing their tasks.

Problems with a long coat
My coat was fraying on the right sleeve. I returned it to your Stratford branch, who promptly changed it over. Glad of the additional 12 months guarantee. Very pleased to have a warm winter coat back in immediate use.

I had this parka in mind and could not find it anywhere and just as I was about to choose a navy one I stumbled upon a dark purple parka with a darker brown fur. It was everything I imagined and a perfect fit. Absolutely loving my new purchase and that with the 20% off!

From the moment we wandered in we were made to feel important, because everyone greeted us, without being smarmy about it. The woman serving us was so friendly and courteous and it felt genuine, so the whole experience was a delight. Good old fashioned service in a trendy shop!

The product arrived during time stated and packed well. The product was good value for money as I got it during the sale sale. The sizing does come up quite big and loose. I probably would have returned it but I didn't have tithe time. I was very disappointed with the size as I had other clothes in the same size size as the coat and they fitted well but as mentioned before the coat does come up big.
