Travelled 40 miles to Trafford Centre to return shirt for refund. Refund supposedly processed, however 4 days later same shirt arrived in post. Spent 1hr on chat to be told ways to return shirt and told exchange had been processed. I had no paper copy of return and no printer. Customer Services should have sent me a paper receipt with paid return label. No telephone helpline. I will have to return to store - again !!!

Very poor delivery service
My son used his birthday money to by a jacket on 25th March.
On leaving the shop he put it on but found the zip wouldn't go up all the way as it was catching the flap of material inside the jacket.
Within 5 minutes of buying it we returned to ask for an exchange.
Unfortunately the store didn't have any more medium size so they refunded for the faulty one and we ordered another online there and then. (A member of staff ordered it using an ipad)
Since then the jacket has been lost by Evri.
I emailed superdry who blamed evri for the delay.
Evri have told me to email superdry so that superdry can contact evri regarding shipping out a replacement.
Unfortunately superdry are getting this review as they haven't helped much in terms of getting their jacket to us.
It's been 2 full weeks and my son still hasn't got his jacket
