I cannot be disappointed with the quality. It make the products a bit more expensive but reasonably expensive. I liked black Friday deals. I only buy products when they have such a deal like black Friday. Everybody was very helpful in the shop. It was great. But they don't have variety of sizes. I had to try on different styles to check the size is good for me. Some of the jackets are quite tight at the arms but I am quite skinny person. So I had to try it out before I buy. I have found the light tricky in the store. There aren't a natural light to check the original colour. I had to take the product closer to the entrance to check the real colour. I'm very happy with my jacket what I bought.

Excellent attention from young lady assistant who gave us useful advice without being pushy. Would definitely shop at this branch again.

I was in the Trafford Centre shopping and found a jacket i liked, unfortunately my size was not in stock. The very helpful team member offered to order it for me to be delivered to my home address free of charge. It arrived a couple of days later and i am really pleased with it 😊 The only issue was that the Evri delivery driver left the package outside my door, no attempt to hide if for me like most of the others do. Not superdry’s fault though.

Very helpful shop assistants, good advice about products. But awful loud music in store not great for autistic shoppers!!!

Returned jacket because it was too small , the assistant when I returned it was most helpful, asked me woukd I like to exchange for another one or refund, Showed me many more alternatives, she was excellent,

Great product. Liked it online and went to store to pickup the Jacket. It came out as one size up. The lady herself came to me identifying the size issue and offered me a one size down of a similar jacket which fits well. She herself processed the return and ordered the correct size as they didnt have it in store. It was delivered within time at my home without any delivery charges. Excellent service
