The coat I ordered is exactly what I wanted a fits lovely. All I will say is that the sizing guide is incorrect for bust area as otherwise I would never of been able to buy from Superdry. Fortunately I went to a shop and tried it on and bought a size that I would normally buy.

Ordered online click and collect to the Trafford Centre. Mainly because I didn't want to queue and wait ages or have had my items mauled by a million other shoppers. This was not the case. They could not find my order so they had to get me one from the shop floor.
So did get my item but had to wait a ridiculously long time in a busy shop a few days before Christmas.

Amazing staff.
We've a been a pain, bought wrong size then exchange item for correct size but wrong colour. Exchanged again and finally happy. Staff were very helpfull, understanding and patient.

Bought this coat for my son for Christmas. There was plenty of choice of styles and colours in the shop and staff were helpful. I was delighted that only 2 weeks before Christmas they were offering a 20% discount too.

The Trafford Centre
Thank you to the lovely assistant that helped me and mum find all of the items we were after, even checked stock for us and helped us with decisions on what to get when the item we wanted was out of stock. I didn’t get her name but she was a really pretty blonde girl in the Trafford centre store who mentioned she’d been in retail for 15 or so years, she was so smilie and just all round lovely, I think she definitely deserves a review- great work Superdry ☺️
