I ordered a Superdry Polo top for one of my husband's birthday presents and it was due to be collected from the Windsor store on Tuesday 28th September. It never arrived on the 28th.
I rang the store every day for the next four days to check if it had been delivered, and was constantly told the same thing, it would be on it's way to me soon.
Today, being the 5th October and my husband's birthday is on the 7th, I went onto the company's website in desperation and had a AI agent explain, that there had been a mix up with the delivery and my parcel would now take a further 5 working days to arrive!
This is a hopeless company to deal with. There are no customer service to speak to, apart from AI agents which are worse than useless.

Quality variety of clothing
I'm an avid Superdry fan. I recently made several purchases at Superdry in Windsor (hoody, jumper, shirt) and didn't let me down. There was a great choice of varying styles and colour, and very happy with what I bought. It's a very stylish store. The staff were friendly and helpful, and will continue to shop at Superdry my favourite shop.

No zip on jacket
No zip on jacket. Shop shouldn’t have been selling the jacket as it was obviously known fault from someone else taken back. The hood also had lots of fluff on it and visibly worn previous me purchasing it.

Staff was welcoming, store was well presented and they had all sizes of the jacket i wanted on the shop floor which i was able to try on. I was served quickly and emailed a copy of my receipt.

I went to this store earlier but every other staff were not going above & beyond.
