I had to return the coat I purchased for my wife. The process was great, I just took it into your store in Woking and recived a full refund. I had forgotten to take my receipt, but used the QR code, so no problems.

Amazing quality and really good service
Ordered the Duvet Coat and the only size 12 available was in Woking (all sold out online). So I called and they kept it aside for me and it is my favourite coat for these frosty morning! Looks really good too and love the lined pockets, keeps my hands nice and toasty.
