I paid extra for next day delivery
I paid extra for next day delivery. I was looking forward for my order to arrive for the bank holiday as I was going out all weekend and wanted some some new clothes. I waited at home especially for the delivery. When I heard a knock on the door Hermes who deliver for Superdry never gave me time to answer the door as I live in a flat and by the time I got down my stairs they were gone. They never attempted to leave it in a safe place or to the shop I have next door which is joined to my flat door, which would of been the easiest and brightess thing to do. This was Friday and now its Bank Holiday Monday and it still hasn't arrived. I was told it would now be delivered next business day which is Tuesday 3 days later. Trying to get in touch with Hermes is impossible all you can speak to is a bot. Very disappointed with the service. So the review is for the clothes that still haven't arrived.
