Amazing quality and so so pretty

Great customer service

Bit of a disappointment. I was looking for a waterproof coat and the shop assistant upstairs told me they didn't have any waterproof coats for women in the store, only shower resistant puffer jackets. The store itself is pretty neat and the shop assistant answered my Q's and showed me what they had.

4 as the in store experience was not great with no bags to carry the clothes you want to try (London oxford street) really don’t get it. Other than that i always liked the brand

Quick delivery and website to navigate

The store was clean, well organised, and had a huge range of clothing with some excellent bargains. The staff were friendly, approachable, and happy to help. I was especially impressed with the quality of the jackets on offer, so thought it was a great opportunity to get a new one!

Excellent service in store, staff were extremely helpful with ordering in an item not stocked in the store. Polo shirt arrived and was considerably smaller than other in-store polo shirt. Staff assisted with a refund and reordering next size up.

Great trousers, my daughter loves them. True to size and length just right. Lovely material
