I have recently ordered a product (Skræddersyet 2-i-1 Town frakke) online and when i received product, inner part of jacket was missing. I try to connect to customer service but live chat is not working, then raised 3 tickets but didn’t received any reply yet. Now i have to pay for return even its their mistake to send faulty item.

Worst manager ever! I have bought a jacket to 1100 DKK. No receipt was given (can be checked from their cameras), only a gift receipt. I did not think much of it and thought this receipt should be enough for return/change. It did not fit to my husband and we went back to return. She did not accept it. I showed her transaction number from my bank app. And told that this gift receipt was the only thing that was given to me. She (the so called "store manager") was soooo unhelpful and did not accept a return! Terrible service! Keep away! Then I contacted to their customer service, whom were actually helpful and said that I could in fact return the item! What a waste of time and energy because of their unqualified staff.

I am really impress of the quality of the coat and the Design. I am so glad that I bought it also the size is perfect fit

Fast delivery and well packed.

Having in mind all webshops in general offer free return, i think the service here is a bit poor as I have to pay the shipping fee myself. Using the webshop being located in Denmark returning a shipment to Belgium (using mail) I do not have any time frame when to expect a replacement (other size)... These two services are handled better by other webshops

Delivery is a bit slow ordering from the website but service is good as can be.. Had to return a pair of trousers at their local store and they return is swift.

Superdry make customers jump through loops and holes to return their items. First of all, the Return Label's site doesn't work. I wrote to your customer service and was told to send it with tracking services. That kind of service will cost me at least 10euro.

When I placed the order, it was written Gratis Forsendelse og Gratis Returnering (Free Delivery and Free Returns). Free Delivery is true but not Free Returns if I have to pay so much for tracking service here in Denmark. I am so disappointed with the service and will rather buy from other online shops that at least attach a Prepaid Return label with the package.

The package, delivered quick The shorts are a present. They look very nice.

Return policy is bad, and almost impossible to send the package to superdry because you need to give a telephone number and e-mail to the carrier, which cannot be found. I will never buy online from superdry again.

First i could not shop with my visa electron because their website didn’t accept it fine anyways i made a paypal account and finally I bought the winter jacket i want after 5 days my purchase they sent a e mail to me that the jacket i bought 5 days ago sold out so they sold something which is out of stock obviously and telling me after 5 days!! Never see such a terrible terrible amateur service. What a shame. It was my first experience with the superdry and for sure it will be the last.

I love Superdry Briefs for men. They are comfortable and after a wash they do dry like new. My problem is that size 3XL is no longer available and it is not because I am overweight I am just big. So Superdry if you have a few 3XLs laying around please let me know.

Impossible to return goods. I have to pay myself, i need to find the return formular on the website- but there is no formular.

Jacket was fine once we got sizing right

However. Your web setup could do with improvements:
1. Size guide was way off - you recommended Large and we ended at 2XL
2. Your customers would benefit from a return document/form being included
3 “Print yourself“ return form specified changing to a larger size - that did not happen - money was returned instead
4. Upon ordering another jacket the stated delivery date was not met

The return procedure is on the users own cost which make the experience somehow complicated compared to competitor offering such for free.
