Paid delivery, poor quality
Paid delivery and return. The sizes of 2 items we purchased didn't fit. One was bigger, one was much less. No inner pockets you can close.

Sizes always vary kwa model, should it be a slimfit then we recommend going one size up if available and should it be oversized/relaxed fit then keep the same size or 1 size down so it is slightly more fitted. If you are unsure about the size we have a size chart available on the website.

It was a little difficult for me to…
I bought 3 blouses for the cold weather and I was going to choose the one that looked best. However, one of the blouses arrived used, with a bad smell and with some objects in the jacket pocket, but when I complained to the customer service they were super attentive. I decided to keep the blouse and asked for a discount because the product had already been used even though it had the tag on it. So they gave me a great discount. Pay more attention to checking returned products to analyze them properly and avoid other cases.

friendly advice
I had a coat in mind that was not in stock in the store. An employee helped me with her friendly advice. She let me try on a coat that matched the style of the coat I wanted. That way I knew for sure that I had the right size. And that was true. When ordering in the store I was also treated very friendly and we had a nice chat in between. Information via email was up to date and the coat arrived quickly in the store. When picking it up I was also reminded of the conditions and I was allowed to try on the coat in the store. I didn't have to. I had every confidence in it. This turned out to be correct, because I am in love with my coat and will be happy for years to come.

The sale staff was good
The sale staff was good, we where greeted while entering the store, etc ...my main dislike is that this shop in Den Hag is VERY PACKED!!! ALWAYS WAS!!! tones and tones of clothing...you can't get things from a rail without dropping 2or more items on the floor....
We had our toddler buggy and I needed to take the baby out and leave her stroller at the entrance ( isn't a big deal) but I even couldn't comfortably walk between the Iles or stands.
My husband has only Super dry tops or t-shirts and we shop every season at least 2Times ....we love your products and the quality stands out.
We shop also in UK due to our job trips but they have bigger stores and much more relaxed to see, try on and I am more inclined to buy because I can see more models of clothing.
a recommendation for your store....get a bigger place ! ! !

I’m very skeptical of the positive reviews because the quality of SuperDry is terrible. I’m trying to sell a brand-new jacket for half the price, and no one even wants to look at it. Clearly, everyone knows how bad the quality is. Do not buy SuperDry—it’s the worst.

We are saddened to hear that the quality of our products is terrible. If the brand new jacket has been bought online or in store and has not been worn then you can still return the item without any issue.
Just make sure you have proof of purchase and tags attached!
If however the jacket has been worn then we would refuse the return.
If you cannot return this item anymore then you can always try Vinted as a lot of Superdry jackets get sold on there!
