Still no Feedback. Called Hotline and informed them they received my return on 29.10.2018. They requested me to send mail and I will get Feedback today…. Nothing happened! Never experienced such a bad return service and the return is ca. 1000 CHF - Inacceptable!

The return process is inconvenient and…
The return process is inconvenient and expensive. Not all T-Shirts of the same size fit the same so I had to return 2 of them for a larger size. I have not yet heard back from SuperDry. I don't think I would recommend the online shopping experience.

The delivery is fantastic by Superdry
The delivery is fantastic, but the mask to purchase the item is a bit tricky to use since it is very quick to disable.
The price should be quoted in the original currency of the home country otherwise people are going to be charged extra fee for foreign currency translation by the credit card company. As for my case, the item was quoted in CHF, but my credit card charged me an extra 1.75% for foreign currency since the billing company is located in somewhere in England.

Lot of improvement needed
1) I have to pay for return. Post CH charges CHF 7.-.
2) exchange takes like a month. This is way too long.
3) I am not able to order any swimsuits due to not able return it in case size is too small/big.
You have a lot of work to improve your online process compare to Zalando, Amazon, or your competitor brands.
But your products are nice, but We have limited amount of stores in CH, and your online platform is not yet competitive.
