No customer-friendly return policy for Switzerland
Ordered an on-sale hoodie for 40.- francs. Due to Superdry’s “special” size charts the hoodie was slightly too big and I’ve decided to exchange it for a smaller one. Unfortunately, since Superdry in Switzerland does not offer any free returns, now I have to ship the parcel to Belgium, which costs 34.- francs (cheapest option), even though the item was shipped from their warehouse in Switzerland. It’s my own fault for not reading the returns policy before ordering, but paying nearly the full price of the item for trying it on will definitely keep me from using their online shop in the future.

Fake skipass holder Scuba Slopestyle
I bought Scuba Slopestyle Hooded Jacket. The zip of ski pass holder on the left sleeve is fake, there is no pocket under the zip. I assume this is a miss communication between designer and manufacturer. As a ski jacket this a basic an important function, it is mentioned in the product description, but who is going the read the text. The photo and video gives you the impression the pocket is real. Ordered in switzerland, return it to belgium??? Don't do that!
If you order clothes on superdrystore.ch and have to return the stuff which does not fit - now it gets painfully expensive!
Had to pay 42.- CHF for a return of a winterjacket, because there's no return adress in switzerland!
How could that be? Customer service just answered that I have to return it to an adress in Belgium because of "a long taking time on swiss border control..." that answer does not safe me any money.
Superdry realy needs to change this - urgently. Last year, it was possible to return the articles to an adress in switzerland.
I will stop order or buy anything from this brand...

Very good
Very good, although 3 separate shipments seem to be a bit too much from an ecological perspective (I would have been happy to wait a couple of days longer for one full delivery). Also, one of the items got kicked out of my shopping basked during the purchase process, which was less good since I needed to put in a separate order again for that item.

Good products, bad return policy.
I like superdry products very much and, when on sale, they offer reasonable prices. Despite this, the fact that in Switzerland the customer has to pay for the return charge would stop me from buying on their website again. Most of their competitors offer free returns including stores with syperdry articles.
Also the page has several errors on the swiss platform not showing easily the information.

Item has been delivered in less than 24hrs after my order. Love the jacket. It's good looking, comfortable and keeps me warm. Quality seems to be good as well. And with the 50% sale price tag it's definitively worth the money. Cheers from Switzerland
