I bought a product on the CH store in Switzerland. The product was shipped from Belgium. I received the product and it was damaged and decided to return the product. I had to then ship the product back to Belgium AT MY COST from Switzerland. Proper poor service. Won’t buy from Superdry online again!

waiting for the refund since a month
waiting for the refund of my 3 returned items. The return had to be sent to Belgium which costed me CHF31.-. I have proven my return on the July 19th and have not received an answer, neither on my return nor on my mails I sent on aug 4th nor on the one today. SUPERDRY, change your return policy or I will not buy with your store

Costly Returns
Costly Returns - In Switzerland it is not worth ordering directly through Superdry as items are sent from Belgium and returns cost a lot. Ordering the same Superdry goods through Zalando.ch is much better value as returns are free of charge.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience, ordered Sunday received on Wednesday, especially in these times. I was not expecting to receive it before my trip, so stoked to have it early. The jacket is great, perfect fit and warm, love it. Great communication from start to finish.
