Idiot proof
Bought a car that I really wanted but it didn't have DAB so when I was told you could get something to give DAB I ordered this. I didn't want to spend a fortune just incase it wasn't right but I am made up with it. So easy to set up and use.

Ordered an item on next day delivery stating item was IN STOCK.
8! days later I chased item up and they then informed me that it was out of stock and could order it if I still wanted it?
Steer clear of this company! So poor and unprofessional!
Can’t be bothered attitude and poor customer service with awful communication!

Hi Tim, the product stated that there was a delay and it should have been clear to you before you ordered. Clearly we can't ship something that we don't have in stock. We would have let you know when we had a confirmed date from ART.
Very Disappointing!
Not had the product. Superfi are selling goods and taking payment without confirming they can fulfil the order. Very disappointing.

Hi Ian, when you ordered your phono stage it wasn't showing as in stock. It is today as we have one in stock. We cannot deliver next-day items that are not in stock, unfortunately.

Waste of time and money ordered a car stereo advertised as having dab, when it arrived doesn't even have dab now have to send it back and go elsewhere. Maybe you should advertise your stock correctly rather than replying with a cocky remark, I wasn't born yesterday it stated it was a dab stereo that's on you, we aren't going to resolve anything and this feedback stays.

Hi Aneil, you bought a non-DAB headunit. If DAB was important to you perhaps you should have chosen a DAB headunit. Unfortunately though it won't have DAB wherever else you buy it. Give us a call and we will give you other options with DAB if you like.
