Ordered same product from this supplier, first via EBay and then Amazon. Neither have arrived and I am now over £60 out of pocket and they refuse to answer my emails or calls.

Absolute joke! My delivery didnt arrive and when I emailed them I was advised to cancel my order. All my emails I send afterwards were ignored. Still dont have my order or a solution.

Rubbish !
I made my order and it was never dispatched according to the royal mails tracker. I had an email to say the royal mail returned the parcel to them because of the wrong address, my address was correct as i had paid via paypal and they also said next time to include a phone number, that was attached to my paypal account. Either they lied or they're just stupid.

Was not delivered next day despite paying next day delivery

Horrible experience shopping with this people. Order placed and paid for and nothing arrived for 10 working days. Promises made by emails to my complaints meant nothing to this people. They just don't do what they say. Finally, had to call them, being charged at normal rate, to cancel the order and requested an immediate refund. \The guy had up on me. Called again and he said the line went dead which is a blatant lie. Their prices are slightly cheaper but don't bother as you will potentially asking for a lot of pain. Never, never again.

Total con merchants. Charged me £77 for a product that should have been £54 and refused to do anything about it. I so wish I had read all the reviews beforehand.

Terrible..... I wish I had seen the comments before.... order made 13 days ago, nothing received, no email reply , calls everyday with phone replying "sir you will receive an answer within 24 hours". Nothing received and what is worse , what ordered did not arrive. Company to avoid carefully .....

Paid for next day delivery, received the parcel in 4 days, non responsive to emails. Lost a customer. Congratulations.

This company is so crooked. They took my money and didn't deliver. I had to involve my bank to get a refund.

Please, please stay away.

Product ordered 21/10/16. No product as of 1/11/16.

Called to see what was going on, for the 2nd time.

Lady on the phone was laughing for some reason, as well as talking over me, very rude and utterly useless.

They try the "customer service angle" but fail miserably. The over 'niceties', like an overseas call center - it comes across as hollow and fake - as if they are trying to pacify you.

Likely a scam website where they try to delay your doing anything about non arrival, so you have less chance of retrieving your cash back.

Avoid like the plague, you likely won't get your order.

Do not touch this company with a barge-pole!!!
I wish I read the other reviews before I bought from this scourge.
I've had a similar experience to others. Bought in good faith. No sign of goods after a month, even though i paid for next day delivery. Numerous emails, and phone calls to them. No communication whatsoever apart from they'll pass my details on to their customer service department....what customer service department!!!
They only have a sales number, which "APPARENTLY" is a separate company working on behalf of SuperfoodUK.

Don't take any notice of the reviews on their OWN website.
I'll be reporting to Watchdog. I encourage anyone else who has been treated similar to do so.

Order placed 5th October 2016. Sent several emails to enquire after purchases. No response. Spoke to an operator who infact is a third-party so nothing to do with the company but takes sales calls only. Useless. Will report to Watchdog. The company should be taken offline and should not be allowed to trade. Their customer service skills are non-existent. Cowboys!

Usual tactics. Not interested for the customer. They never reply to messages/email . They took the money and goodbye . I lost 61 pounds just like that.

6 day wait from purchase to delivery......one to avoid folks!

The ordering process was fine, I then received a dispatch confirmation early Wednesday afternoon, yet Royal Mail did not take possession of the parcel until the Friday afternoon. This was the only negative thing regarding my order.

The received goods were all fine and I shall order in future if their prices remain competitive.

Items always arrive in time, packaging is good and items exactly as described. very competitive prices. No hesitation in recommending this company.

Having been using this company for some time now .Alway find what I want at good prices and prompt delivery, would highly recommend.

I have used Superfoods for some time - notably noni-juice for my 15 year old dog who is thriving on it. Purchasing process is painless and delivery is usually within a couple of days. Never found any fault with them whatsoever and will go on using

Quick & easy purchase with bargain price. Will definately be using superfooduk again!
