Really quick service
Really quick service, ordered on an evening and the goods arrived about 36 hours later. Received updates what was happening via email, and the prices were really good. I looked around several websites and this was quite a bit cheaper, will definitely use again

Slower delivery than advertised
Product was fine although not quite what the picture depicted . Delivery slow . Ordered Tuesday before 12 expecting same day desatch but wasn’t and only reached me Friday lunchtime. Half the house was without power until it was received.

Pain in the arse
Pain in the arse! Good materials at good prices but use DX for delivery who will not leave in a safe place and require signature,missed delivery twice now and won't get for another 3 days as dont deliver on weekends or bank holidays.terrible service think we are back in the 90s! Get this sorted superlec as this is massive negative to your company and will make me rethink where I purchase my stock.

I ordered 2 Airvent fans and one of them had all ready been installed and obviously returned. The terminals had been damaged and burnt out. Tried calling Superlec several times and emailed twice with no response. Very disappointing as I had to buy a replacement elsewhere and still have the faulty one. Extremely poor customer service
