DX DELIVERY COMPANY ALWAYS SAY THEY CAN'T FIND US - STILL NOT RECIEVED PARCEL
I ordered some junction boxes. Over 20 days later I have still not received the items and I quote “ Massive apologies for this delay, I have arranged for this to be sent out, unfortunately I cannot give you the exact time when this will be delivered, the courier should be in touch with your hours time slot the day of delivery.” really in this modern day of digital information the courier cannot give a delivery date. This company makes promises that it cannot keep.

Unfortunately my experience of Superlec has been very mixed. On the positive they have a fantastic range of products and their prices are very competitive. On the negative it's apparent customer service is woefully under resourced. I have at least 5 emails that were never answered or even acknowledged. Someone does at least answer the phone eventually if you are not mysteriously cut off whilst in the queue. After much patience I have found the staff helpful even if I did receive conflicting information over a warranty return procedure. It seems they just have too much workload. I would also say that one in three of my orders have had damaged items due to inappropriate packaging, explaining partly my experience of their customer service. Oh not surprisingly they apparently don't have a complaints procedure hence the reason I am typing here. They might be good value but how valuable is ones time in sorting out issues and there have been plenty for me; a list too long to go into.
They quote next day despatch. It took 3 days to arrive and it was the incorrect product so having to return. Very very annoying.
