I ordered a couple of pastas, flour and some non alcoholic aperitifs, also two Mother's Day gift baskets. The gifts arrived before Mother's Day to excellent reviews and the pasta that we tried was excellent. I can't wait for my wife to use the flour in her creations. The aperitifs I enjoy a lot. I will be placing more orders in the future.

I found that SupermarketItaly carried the same Olive Oil I was ordering from the big smile company. I did come out a few bucks cheaper by ordering from SupermarketItaly and they packaged my oil in bubble wrap in a box, then double boxed. My tin of oil didn't have a dent or ding, plus I got a few freebies to try out. I was impressed enough to order again for more oil and some other items. The smile company put my oil in a big box with some paper and maybe a few bubble pouches. Customer service do makes a difference and a dollar or two savings makes it sweeter.

I PAID. Then back and forth emails.. something about not having product, I said ok with that.. but..

They cancelled order, NEVER REFUNDED.. STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY BACK. IT IS OVER 2 WEEKS.

STILL after numerous emails, I am out the over one hundred dollars. I had to call bank.
THIS is horrible. NEVER EVER EVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.

I got my first purchase in the mail and I’m happy with everything ! I got some yummy free gifts too. The packaging was carefully arranged and covered in a lot of bubble wrap.

I have ordered repeatedly from this market and never disappointed. I appreciated the effort to thoroughly describe their products. The great variety of items that are available to shop right to your doorstep is such a convenience! Items are thoughtfully packed and never had any jars broken or items damaged during shipping. What I’ve ordered has always been as expected!

It is so nice to find quality foods through this online company since the U.S. grocery stores carry foods made with chemicals, glyphosates and cheap, tasteless ingredients. It's unfortunate that I have to give so much of my food purchases to a foreign country but I refuse to eat garbage. Thank goodness Italy requires food sellers to comply with high standards (I wouldn't have known this if I didn't visit Italy last year). Thank goodness RFK Jr. is going to clean up our food and pharma.
Also, ShopItaly packages foods far better than most online companies. No damage; no need to return anything.

I am using Supermarket italy.com more frequently because they're shipping is very quick, everything is packed very well, and their prices are very competitive for items that I cannot get in my area.

I live in the boonies, I have no store to get the products they have. I really enjoy their web site. Lots of products I have never heard of. Lots of items on the discount area are getting close to the "best by date". Those numbers are BS. Products are still fresh a month or two after that date. It takes awhile to ship, but the way they wrap everything is worth the time. Love the 15% sales and the points for a gift card. Lots of fun and good stuff.
