A Scam Of A Company
I put an order in December of 2021.
Not only did I NOT receive my order nor any information regarding my order, but in attempting to contact customer service to complain, I was notified that the email address either was not "working" or didn't exist!!
A totally inept and fraudulent company!

Having researched this product online found that the prices varied hugely. Supertoys was by far the cheapest, even taking into account higher postage rates. My order was dealt with very efficiently and arrived very quickly and I look forward to seeing my grandson's face when he opens it on his birthday!

Tip Top Service!
REally quick delivery and the item was exactly what i ordered. Also i made a massive saving on the retail price of the lego set....i saved over £40!! I will definately use supertoys again without doubt.I admit to being nervous about using supertoys,mainly because they are not based here in the uk...but my item arrived very well packaged and within a week.

Could not care less unapolgetic staff, poor stock system.
Unreliable but legitimate company.
Seem to spend most of their time proccessing refunds.,
Their staff need customer service training.
Stock systems need updating.

Our stock sytem works fine. If you order more than we have in stock, a notification is shown. If you then choose to ignore this and order anyway, we may have to cancel and refund the order if we are not able to restock the item in question within a few days.
