I was impressed by both the price and the speed of delivery. I'll definitely consider using again.

Ordered a few bits and bobs (hard to find LEGO that was reasonably priced.) Got an email confirming delivery was dispatched and parcel came a few days later.

Only grumble was no option to track the parcel, but hardly the fault of the retailer.

Really great service, good prices, fast shipping and delt with wrong order by sending the right item out straight always and letting me keep the other item. Will use the again 5 out of 5.

My son was desperate for this lego set, which was selling for a fortune on other sites. So relieved to find it on Supertoys at a reasonable price, with no exorbitant postage charges - and it arrived within 3 days, which was fantastic.

You don't have to look hard to find some great deals on the latest toys in this store, I'm really impressed that the packaging was so good (not often these days). Every item arrived in mint condition.

In many respects Supertoys have exceeded my expectations and each transaction has been spot on!

Wasn't so sure in the beginning as the web site looks amateurish but the goods delivered efficiently without any hiccups.

Was a bit wary of buying from the site as i'd never heard of it and they're based in the Netherlands rather than the UK, but they were the only supplier that had the Duplo garage set still in stock and it's been discontinued by Lego so i took the risk of ordering it from Supertoys. Was very pleasantly surprised when the item arrived within 5 days of ordering - brilliant Duplo set and superb service! Many thanks, will definitely use Supertoys again.

I was a bit concerned as it turned out to be a foreign supplier. However as promised goods arrived within 1 week of order. Will use again should I need more lego.

The item (Lego) was about 5% cheaper than anywhere else and the delivery was next day which was great as it was in between Christmas and New Year

we ordered a large box of lego for our grandson at midnight on the tuesday before Christmas,after returning from a trip to Barcelona and having seen the lego in a store there (we had never seen it in England)but were unable to bring it back with us as it was so large. We ordered it in the expectation of having to tell our grandson that he would not get our present tilll after Christmas(probable in new year) but to our great surprise and amazement it arrived on the FRIDAY morning at 08:30 we were so pleased.If this is the service you get at this time of year the normal service must be supersonic.I would most definitely recommend this site to anyone,and will be using it again if only to see if the service is as good as we got this time.
