I have to give it a 5 for my previous order and the protein powder from this order is spot on. The cnp loader eaa were a bit of a let down personally flavour wise and it doesn't really dissolve very well at all, think I will stick with naughty boy

I recently placed an order worth £250 with this company. On the positive side, I have to say the delivery was fast and completely on point — everything arrived exactly as expected, which I really appreciate.

However, I was quite disappointed that the only acknowledgment of such a large purchase was two small pre-workout samples. For an order of this size, I was hoping for a bit more effort to show appreciation or reward customer loyalty, especially since many other supplement companies offer more meaningful perks for big spenders.

While the products themselves seem solid, the lack of added value or recognition makes me think twice about placing another large order in the future.

Ordered on a Sunday for a Tuesday, it came in Thursday with the excuse that we weren't home (we were home)

To top up the 6£ spend for nothing, the product it self is expired, although i paid full price for it.

William from sells is less helpful than the beta version of chat.gpt...

I'm so disappointed with the experience overall, i haven't been offered nothing but shallow excuses.

"Your order was dispatched on the Monday and attempted on Tuesday as per the couriers photograph of your external building door they uploaded to the tracking."

- by attempted you mean take a quick snap? There was a phone number on the box as well clearly no one insisted on.

"I don't know what more could have been done to help you with this as your emails were responded to immediately and the issue was resolved with us adding delivery instructions for the second attempt."

- you could've refunded the money i paid for the next day delivery, that would've been a start.

"As for the expired product, we are very sorry, this must have not been rotated through the stock correctly."

- cause that's why i paid full price for the product, to have a shallow apologie and a refund on the expired product... honestly i would've skipped this whole experience if i knew the time i would waste

"Again, your email was responded to instantly and you were issued a full refund for this product."

- refund on the expired product only (in 3 to 5 working days), not the failed delivery you seem to take no ownership for, despite us being home to receive it. Yes, it was rather pointless havibg my email responded with the same excuses, but also the fact that it if kind of my fault for not receiving the parcel? Hmm?

"Please let us know how you think we could have been more helpful so we can make changes accordingly"

- i think I'll never order from your company again as you are not serious... i also recall an order 1 year and half ago of a pre-workout which was also after expiration date, but i couldn't confirm as the expiration date was damaged/wipped off (confidently convenient)

- changes accordingly would be not to have next day delivery for us suckers and to check your products expiration date.
