Excellent service (as ever) from Supplement Place. Most recently I ordered during one of their occasional sales, then realised one item had a short use-by date and sent a quick email on the off chance. They handled it immediately and swapped the product for a longer-dated alternative on my list, no friction, and even slightly to my financial advantage.
Smart, proactive customer care like that really stands out, especially nowadays. A company that pays attention and does the right thing without being asked twice. I’ll continue to use them.
