I received a really lovely bag as a free gift from a company and realised it was manufactured by supreme creations. So when I wanted some bags for my own business, I knew where to go. The bags are really sturdy and good quality, everyone loves them!

Really wonderful. From the moment I requested a quote, Jenny and the team where so helpful. Advising on alternative colour ways d options. The communication and customer service where wonderful and consistant. I cannot recommend them enough. I am planning to order more them very soon.

They simply forget to start production and we didn't receive bags on time for an important event, their production is in India and they have a very complicate net for shipment. Nobody was interested in the problem they caused us, 10 days in late and i'm still waiting for goods and a proposal of discount at least.

This company was so easy to deal with and turned my urgent request around quickly. The standard of the print and manufacturing quality was extremely high. I was a new customer with an urgent low quantity order but was treated as a VIP. The fact that these are Ethical Organic products makes it even better. I usually shop local within Ireland but this company was worth making the exception. Highly Highly recommend. Jenny was brilliant to deal with and asked all the right questions to make sure my order was dealt with quickly and easily.

Sadly, we had a terrible experience with Supreme Creations. We ordered 1500 cotton mesh bags which took 10 months to arrive (far longer than the 6 weeks which we were quoted), and when they did finally arrive there were multiple issues. The first was incredibly poor quality meaning that around 1/3 of the bags were unable to be sold. The second was that, whilst we mentioned multiple times in our specification that that bags must be 100% cotton, when they finally arrived it transpired that the brand labels were actually polyester.

We switched to using this company due to their great ethical credentials and the fact that they are a UK company (our bags were previously made in China) but, in actual fact, the manufacturing is done in India so it didn't really achieve our aim of finding a UK manufacturer at all! In the end, we found ourselves massively out of pocket since the poor quality stock was never collected (after months of chasing) and, therefore, we never received any form of refund.

Perhaps if your requirements are fairly standard and you aren't too fussed about quality (i.e. printed tote bags used for freebies) then you will have a good experience with this company, but I'm sorry to say they certainly didn't meet our expectations and we won't be dealing with them again.

We ordered 3000 hessian sacs for trees as part of a Christmas event. Delighted by the service and comms and a friendly team.

A friend done some marketing work for bags of ethics at the start of pandemic and to avoid paying her they used it as an excuse. They preach ethics but they are a millions miles from ethical. Accounts show healthy balances but when friend had company conduct a search on their credit it appeared that they had several claims brought against them. They avoided phone and made up ridiculous excuses for not returning calls or emails. The father and owner was very aggression with his approach and not pleasant. I wonder why they have comments turned off on YouTube??

So happy to have discovered Supreme Creations and their ethical manufacturing supply chain. Everything went smoothly from first enquiry to delivery. We will be returning for other styles in the future. We would highly recommend Supreme-Creations

Ordered several hundred bags at fairly short notice. Very helpful at getting the order sorted quickly and shipped. Our customers love them.

It was my first venture into personalised printing (Bag of Ethics reusable tote) and I was impressed by Supreme Creation's efficient communication and helpfulness. The prices were reasonable, delivery was fast and the final product was of excellent quality.
