I had a great experience with this Supreme Creations. They work super fast and everything by email and very convenient.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have had a shocking experience with Supreme Creations who bill themselves as an ethical company - their business practice is anything but ethical. They force you to pay up front and when you do the communication from them goes dead. The bags were delivered late eventually but not all of them arrived - we had to count and only after chasing them did they say the rest would be arriving at some point, giving no indication of when. I have had to chase them to get a clear answer on every occasion. I would strongly avoid and pay a bit more from a reputable company.

Very friendly contact with the Support. Simon helped me with every Question i had. We haven't been in hurry so everything was fine. The quality of the print and the bags are great and this for such a good price. We're very happy about our cooperation.

Waiting for our bags for two months now.
Everyday since 2 weeks, on the phone, a different person told us "You're lucky, they just arrived in London so we'll ship today" but of course nothing arrive.
Because you're obliged to pay at the very beginning, we're now stuck with Supreme Creation, but be sure that it's the first and last time we'll use their service.

Not only the quality of the bags is as good as expected but also the attention I received throughout all the process, especially at the design stage with the different ideas for the logo and its colour.

I'd definitely recommend this shop. It was a great choice.

Great quality bags with very good quality logo print. Service was also excellent. To be fair, production took a bit longer than expected, but I wasn't in a rush, so it didn't bother me -still giving 5 stars. I would definitely hire Supreme Creations' services back!

They do not fulfill their orders, nor communicate with you by phone, and only very occasionally by email. We have had so far 21 days of unresponsive, disrespectful and unhelpful correspondence. They suggest any pro rata refund will take 3 weeks, despite us paying them over 2 months ago by instant bank transfer. They advertise themselves as an ethical and moral company and perhaps they do help Indian workers in poorer communities and Indian orphans, but they certainly do not work in an ethical or moral manner with their business customers. They are untrustworthy, dishonest, disrespectful and unhelpful, and this applies to all personnel I have come across in this unfortunate transaction.

Thankfully we have the services of an excellent law firm who will I am sure stand us in good stead if they continue to avoid resolving this to a satisfactory conclusion. Aside from the legal and business issues surrounding this case, it is out of principle that we are fully committed to pursuing this until we receive a satisfactory conclusion.

I would warn anyone not to do business with this company - Supreme Creations. We will not be a big part of their business, but we deserve the services and products we paid for. We are a small company but we are strong and have principles about the way business should be conducted, and we want to make sure as many people as possible know about their poor business practices and personnel.
