Goods lost - no refund

We are still waiting for part of our delivery. The first part arrived late and the second part was never delivered to us. Supreme claims that ups has lost the goods, but offers neither a refund nor a replacement. This is absurd, because if ups had really lost the goods, their insurance would cover it. We have been waiting for over 4 weeks now. E-mails and what's app are no longer answered. What a shame, it looks like Supreme has cheated us out of our money.
