Great company
I have worked for Surecare for the last 18 months and absolutely love it. Just seeing the difference that we make to people's daily lives and faces light up when we walk in. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a relative or friend looking after. I love my job so glad to work for Surecare. Great staff in the office and out in the community .

I am a care assistant and have worked for sure care for 2years, I would recommend them if any of my friends who were looking for a Carer’s career, I would also recommend sure care if some one needed a family member to be cared for in their own homes, I love my job and sure care support me in my day to day role

Carers come in and do what they like
Carers come in and do what they like, taking no notice of care package in place, often leaving without preparing lunch or checking there is something for tea or preparing tea.
The care package is there as the client has dementia and will say they'll do their own lunch/tea when the fact is they are incapable of doing it but as they've told the carers they will, the carers take their word for it.
Not all carers are of the same but very few carers actually follow the care package.

A care agency who truly care
Excellent company who really care about the client. The carers are lovely and so respectful to our Nan. Her life has improved greatly since changing to Sure Care - I couldn’t recommend them highly enough
