Really efficient and the product looked exactly as described. Very happy!

Very satisfied with the service. The sales person was polite and helpful unlike some businesses that try to funnel you into the sale they want. We chose our date for fitting and were given a time slot for that day so there was no 'having to stay in all day waiting'. The fitter arrived promptly (in fact he was early) he was amiable and completed the fitting speedily and professionally. All-in-all a very good service and I would recommend them to others

I am really pleased with the carpet installation sirefit done in my house. They were friendly from beginning, from wen I entered the shop till the job was done. They even gave us extra day to move our furniture to the other room with no extra charges. I will def recommend them to anyone who needs their carpet fitting.

The carpet is beautiful, excellent customer service. The fitters were quick, efficient, friendly and so helpful. They even helped moving a heavy chair that had just been delivered and the delivery men couldn't wait till the carpet was down.

We have used surefire carpets for our last 2 carpets. Both times the staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The fitters are very professional and tidy. We would fully recommend surefire carpets!!

I wanted carpet tiles for my summer house, but I wasn't sure if they would be suitable. I went to the Surefit shop and got some very helpful advice. I chose the colour from quite a good range of tiles. The fitter came out within a week of my placing my order, and did a very good, professional job. The floor looks great. A week or so after the work was done, I received a courtesy call from Surefit, asking me whether I was satisfied with everything. Extremely good service from a knowledgeable and very helpful team.

Our second visit here after being well looked after the first time. They didn't disappoint and actually remembered us. They took time to let my little girl select the carpet for her room at her own pace and arranged very quick fitting date. The fitter did a great job and was very happy, and then I received a courtesy call a week later to check everything was OK. Great service, we will be back.

I am very pleased with my lounge carpet it looks amazing. I must say the staff at surefit were very patient and let me take samples home to match my room etc. This is the third carpet I have purchased from them and been pleased with all of them. I had lvt flooring supplied and fitted by sure fit and I absolutely love it, it’s really finished my kitchen off. From start to finish I found all the staff very helpful and gave us great advice on the flooring that was right for us.

Just bought a house around the corner from the shop so called in to see if we could get measured up for 2 x bedrooms. They came out within a couple of days to measure up - installed a few weeks later (at my request to give us time to finish decorating). Really friendly staff, always eager to help and the carpets were a great price / quality. Will be back in touch later this year when we get our stairs carpet replaced! 👍🏻
