From the lovely gentleman who came to our home to go through the brochures,our options & choosing what we would like - Jordan was great,at no point in the sale was he pushy so we felt in safe trusted hands from the get go! Then the surveyor came out & again he was great, very respectful of our home. We had a call to book the fitting date and they were happy for us to chose a date that worked well for us and the fitters. The fitters arrived on the day and time that we agreed and were extremely hard working whilst again respecting the privacy of our home ensuring that there was no mess left behind. We changed a bow bay window to a standard flat window and you would swear that we had had an external company come to patch up the render when infact it was the highly skilled team at Sureseal. Everyone we dealt with from start to finish have been nothing short of fantastic and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Quality Windows and Doors!!
I just had my windows and doors fitted by Sean and he was very efficient,clean and tidy and took all the old windows and doors with them along with the rubbish...despite there being a delay which was no fault of his own the van breaking down,he still managed to finish the job in a timely manner all with a smile,he did a fantastic job and although not cheap but they are great windows and doors and fantastic quality,thank you to Sean for all his hard work and time.

Not the cheapest windows. I did have cheaper quotes but you pay for quality and the windows and doors fitted certainly are. The windows were installed professionally and cleanly. Once finished he removed all rubbish. The only bad thing about the experience was salesman said he will call back as an after service to inspect work which he did not.

From start to finish, everyone involved in the project was helpful. polite and professional. There wasn't a hard sell from the salesman, it was a pleasure to sit and discuss options with him.
Communication was very good throughout and the fitting started on schedule.
There were a couple of small manufacture defects, but they were put right speedily and without issue.
We love the quality of the product, and the quality fitting. And, we have no hesitation in recommending

The windows and doors are excellent quality.
There is a large choice of colours, styles and designs to suit all properties.
The initial home visit was conducted in a professional manner and the rep was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The fitting was over 2 days with minimal disruption to our household.

Great price quality and workmanship
Didn't feel rushed or pushed in anyway to choose the style I wanted...i even changed the colours a few times and the price was under what I expected.
Workers did a brilliant job replacing my old windows and doors with great well made brand new windows and a beautiful strong new front door. Left my home clean and took away old windows and door. I totally recommend Sureseal windows they really do care.

5 years ago we had our windows replaced…
5 years ago we had our windows replaced by ‘Sureseal’ "I highly recommend Sureseal Windows to anyone thinking of changing their windows or doors. Living on the top of the heads of the valleys we get strong winds and cold air most of the year. On completion during February 2019 we noticed an immediate difference in room temperature. Even during the ‘Beast from the East’ the house was warm, thus saving on our heating bill. The price was exceptional with no hard sell or “I’ll have to phone my boss to get a further discount”, and the process was seamless. Father and Son fitters that were excellent and completed the job in one day. They cleaned up all the mess and such was their skill, we didn’t even have to redecorate. I highly recommend this company.
