My experience with Sureseal Windows Limited
I contacted Sureseal Windows Limited in early November 2025 to request a quotation for new windows and doors in my bungalow. I had a visit from Neil, who went through all the options and the build quality of their products. There was no hard sell and I thought the price was very competitive. I accepted their quotation and I then had a visit from Rob, the Surveyor, to double check everything and confirm exactly what I'd decided on for each window and door. The work was done last week over 3 days by James Henderson, whose workmanship, attention to detail and friendly manner I could not fault. He was friendly and polite and discussed with me what he was planning to complete each day and remained cheerful even when the rain was sometimes incessant! The results are absolutely beautiful and excellent quality and I would have no hesitation in recommending Sureseal Windows Limited. I was also very happy to be using a small, local South Wales company and when I contacted the office I found that Richard and John were very helpful and accommodating.

From the start to finish this company were amazing.
From Jordan who gave us price, the surveyor I think him name was Rob sorry can't remember. Richard in the office was great phoning and emailing to keep us up to date of the going ons. But most of I would like to thank James the installer who worked his nuts off fitting 3 windows and a new front door. He was polite and we had a bit of good banter with him. He was very professional and cleaned up after him. He did a marvellous job and finish to both door and windows.
We are very pleased with the outcome and quality of our items I will definitely recommend sure seal windows ltd.

We received a superb service from all at Sureseal. They were very Professional & provided a fantastic service from start to finish. We were visited, talked about what they could provide for us. Richard dealt with the arranging & Malcolm & Jamie ( contractors) were brilliant. Very trustworthy, & professional. The workmanship was 2nd to none. Sureseal were absolutely brilliant. They weren’t pushy at all at point of quoting, the gave me every option and figure I needed with zero pressure to make a decision. No nagging sales calls. I was ridiculously picky about everything I wanted, when they arrived I thought the door was the wrong colour & nothing was too much to have everything double checked. 1 year later the front door had dropped as expected whilst settling, they sent someone straight out to fix it. The install team were courteous & kept everything clean. Brilliant communication, brilliant products & brilliant service!

We had a great experience having our windows and door fitted with Sureseal!
The first day of the fitting, they were very prompt on their arrival and worked throughout the day non stop!
Same the following day, bringing all the work to a close, there wasn't a spec of mess left from them. We were very impressed with the quality of the products too! Few years on, everything's solid and still looks brand new!
