From the gentleman who came to visit, the gentleman who came to measure and omg the installation fitters so neat, clean and tidy wow never experienced such a great company to deal with. First class from startv to finish
First class from start to finish. The windows look amazing. We've got an old house so the windows sizes are all out sync and we've also shutters up which agreed to the extremely hard job the fitters had, however their experience shone through and they completed the job perfectly. Brilliant work amd really nice guys aswell, angry the quality of the product is 2nd to none. If I could give more stars I would

Perfect!
I cannot find even the smallest thing that has annoyed me during the work done on my house! Beautiful windows, fitted to perfection. Slight issue with a broken pane, but just one of those things, and it is not the issue but the way that it is handled that will stick in my head! And it was dealt with in minutes by the Sureseal team so that our fabulous fitter, Alan, was able to reassure me in a matter of minutes that a resolution was in place! Best customer service! Have to add some more praise for our fitter, Alan …. I thought my attention to detail was up there ….. however, more than met my match in Alan! Perfection! Not posting pics because I want to improve my front garden enough to match the windows!!!! Thank you so much … a delightful process.

The fitters were really knowledgable and experienced. Sean in particular went over and above staying late and arriving early to complete a rather large project. I can’t recommend Sureseal enough for great communication and after sales service.

Thank you to Sean for the installation of our doors and windows. He was extremely good at his job and wanted everything perfect. Unfortunately a window got damaged but was reordered and installed before leaving (excellent service ). Sean was very pleasant and kept me fully informed over the 4 day installation. Sureseal were absolutely brilliant. Sean did an amazing job on our windows and doors and left everything really tidy and clean. Very impressed with them and wish we'd found them when we had our bathroom and kitchen windows replaced last year. Highly recommend!

We have not used Sureseal Windows Ltd before but can highly recommended them. The Installer - Sean was prompt, courteous, protected all the floors and surfaces, worked continuously and achieved great results. He cleared up all waste and left everywhere clean and tidy.

Alan Lloyd who fitted our windows was absolutely excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, he was very accommodating and professional and did a fantastic job. We are waiting for a few bits of snagging to be done before the work is completed but we are delighted with the transformation of our property.

Excellent experience
We recently had all the windows and doors replaced by Sureseal. Initially, Neil came to see us to give us a quote. He was not at all pushy but was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all our questions and discussed different payment options with us. The installation went well. There were a couple of issues - one window was scratched but the installer noticed it and ordered a replacement immediately. This was then fitted as soon as it was ready. We have a large bay window with a big windowsill that is not a standard size. It was difficult to fit. Unfortunately, some of the adhesive left a mark on the sill. I informed Sureseal immediately and they sent an installer out to check. They rectified the issue to our satisfaction. Communication with Sureseal has been really good. All of the staff were polite and respectful of our property. Would definitely recommend Sureseal.

Quality windows & doors, excellent service provided.
I am delighted with my new windows and doors from Sureseal Windows. They are of excellent quality and have already made a noticeable difference with regards to maintaining heat, sound proofing and securing the property. Also, a very competitive price as part of the 'recycle our old windows scheme'. All correspondence from assessment to installation was professional at all times. Some of the team I dealt with, Gareth, Rob, Gary the fitter and the young lad working with him answered any questions I had and I always felt reassured and listened to. Jordan was excellent in going through the various products and available options to us and nothing was too much trouble. The fitters were extremely friendly, hardworking, neat and ensured all work was completed to a high standard with minimal disruption which was appreciated as it was very close to Christmas! Any minor concerns I had were rectified immediately by the fitters and the company have contacted me since checking that everything is still up to my standards. Would definitely use Sureseal in the future if needed and would highly recommend them.
