This is one Amazing Company. I am so happy with my New door & windows. Thank you to Steve Alan & Sean These boys are so professional went above & beyond on a Saturday to instal them. Very friendly and considerate nothing was to much trouble for them.
My overall experience from the start to finish Thank you also to Neil my sales rep. Surveyor and Richard for getting the boys out on a Saturday and also John for ringing and sorting everything after.
This is a 5 star company and I would definitely recommend them Everything was removed and taken away and left clean they could do no more. You won’t be sorry if you order with Sure Seal.

Tim came to my house promptly in the morning and worked so very hard all day and didn't finish till 5.30pm. In that time he installed 3 windows. The following morning he installed 2 more windows. I am really pleased with his work and the look of the new windows is really smart. Suresealwindows is a very good firm and my thanks to Tim for working so hard.

We have just had our windows fitted by Malcolm. He did 5 windows and one back door on his own in less than 2 days. He had a delayed arrival due to traffic so really did it in great time. We love the new windows and we’re happy with the price and we used the grant. Our windows had been in for 34 years. We certainly notice the difference. We waited. While for the windows to be fabricated but it was within the time frame quoted

Tim and Steve fitted over 20 windows and a double door. I doubted this would be done in 4 days as stated. You can tell they have been doing this a long time as the professionalism and attention to detail was fantastic. I will be recommending Sureseal to everyone in my village and I hope they manage to snag Tim and Steve!

Needed to replace old rotten wooden frames and wasn’t sure about upvc but now they are in, I actually really like them. Windows let in more light. Super quiet. Look good. Tim was amazing at fitting. It was a difficult job with lots of wonky levels to deal with but he got everything square. It’s like he worked a miracle. Tidied up nicely after his work too. I’m really happy with the service and my house looks like a different and significantly better place. 😊

My partner Chris Keys and myself are very pleased we had almost the whole house done with windows and doors, I would recommend very highly Tim our fitter was great too he did the whole lot on his own he was polite and tidy and fab taste in music thank you again for your hard work, I asked for things to be done due to having a dog back early and he was obligingly happy to do the request. Thanks sure seal and again Tim.

We had the front of the house and door done with double glazed sash windows and new composite front door some years ago, I was impressed by the company then so I had no hesitation when 3 more windows to the rear needed replacing now.
The assessment team came out, measured and took pictures, went through the ordering and told me they would be in touch when they were made & ready for installation. I received a call on Thursday 8th Aug informing me that all of my windows had arrived and they offered a cancellation for today, I agreed.
Sean Thomas the fitter came at agreed start time, and started work immediately, he removed three old double glazed windows, frames etc and replaced them all without a break until fully completed, he was clean, polite, professional and an absolute credit to the Sure Seal brand, my house is well over 100years old and the stone walls are a big challenge for most, but Sean worked tirelessly All day and the result is incredible and has transformed the property. Thank you Sure Seal and thank you Sean.

Sureseal’s job completed! Had all windows and Kitchen door replaced with triple glazed. The product itself was of excellent quality (different to what was taken out). Our fitter was Sean he was amazing his workmanship is of the highest standard, he was a trooper did not stop and a lovely man. Sureseal should be so proud of having him on their team. Steve joined Sean on the final day again 1st class fitter. Would recommend Sureseal without doubt as from the Sales point, surveying and especially the fitting by Sean and Steve. Thank you Sureseal.

Sean arrived on time and worked late to ensure the job was completed . His workspace was tidy and his manner was cheerful and polite it is because of this that I would recommend SureSeal to anyone wishing to replace Windows or doors with confidence that the work will be done properly . 0

Very Pleased Indeed!
We are both very happy indeed with the quality of the windows and doors,but even more so with the fitting team Martin and Jamie who apart from being nice guys, did a remarkably neat and excellent job chasing in and sealing all the surrounds.It is an old stone cottage and so uneven doorways and lots of rustic stonework,10 out of 10 guys,thank you very much!

From the initial quote, Sure seal have provided excellent service. The fitter ‘James ‘ was absolutely brilliant at his work, he was polite and was always pleasant to talk to. He is definitely an asset to the company, i cannot praise him enough. Overall, the experience of replacing our windows was second to none and would definitely recommend. Thank you James and Sureseal. Sean Thomas was just amazing. He arrived on time and went above and beyond to accommodate us however possible. The quality of his work is amazing and his professional, kind manner made him part of the family for the day. He started at 8.30am and didn't leave until he had finished. Which was gone 9pm. Will definitely be asking for Sean to install the back windows when we need them.

I have just had new windows and doors installed by Sureseal Windows Ltd 28th May) and am really happy with the results. The team at Sureseal particularly Adam and Richard planned it all from start to finish to a high specification. I found the whole experience straightforward and stress free. I am over the moon with the result. 

I would like to personally thank Ian, the installer for all his hard work and would like to leave feedback from a very satisfied and happy customer. Ian worked extremely hard and was methodical and professional in his approach. 

Ian is a very dedicated and honest worker, extremely tidy and communicated constantly to ensure customer satisfaction.  Ian even helped me put my window blinds back which was a nice touch.

This is the second time I have used Sureseal, and they were once again fantastic. From start to finish they are great to use, friendly, affordable, and a really good finish.

There's a few windows and doors left to replace on the property, and they will be my first call again when I'm ready.
