Haven’t received a shipping update and no reply from customer service

Nothing heard since placing my order and paying for the goods. I have emailed and sent message on messenger and no reply received. Would not recommend anyone placing an order with them

I ordered £70 products almost 2 weeks ago and they have not arrived. I have emailed them twice and had no response. There is no phone number. I am going to content my bank but sadly paid with debit card

Ordered and paid for protein powder, no confirmation received and no response to webpage enquiry regarding my order. Email address on website not working, appears to be cut off. Trading accounts for business showing losses. Do not buy from this website.

Signed up almost a month ago and still haven't recieved a box. Have emailed a few times and had no response. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

After waiting more than a week for my order and asking multiple times for an update I received no correspondence back from anyone.

Complete scam do not order from them. Placed order and never received it so and no response from them so trying to reclaim my money back.

I ordered my box. Didn't receive it. Emailed the company no reply. Then saw their social media and reviews... turns out, this is a regular thing for them. I'm not £55 down unsure of how I'm meant to get this back. It was also for a present for something 2 weeks ago. Would avoid this company. Ironically I got an email from them this morning asking how they did and for a review, so here you go!!!

Poor communication ordered over a week ago still no sign of product not even an explanation as to why poorly ran stick to better known websites unless you dont mind waiting a month for delivery … if you plan on doing any Christmas shopping id order it now you might even get it before christmas day but wouldnt count on it joke of a company

Purchased a subscription to Surge box and haven’t received anything from them, haven’t had any correspondence, regarding my order, they ignored my email asking for an update on my order, their 3-4 days for the first box to ship is a lie, on their own website when you select shipping policy it takes you to a broken link. I expected much better from this organisation, @surgebox don’t claim to offer such service and not follow through with it. This violates the sale of goods act 1893. UPDATE : I was able to retrieve my money using the charge back option from my bank.

Ordered here 2 weeks ago and have had no updates about shipping even though the website says that it will be shipped in 48 hours. I have emailed customer service twice for updates and have had no responses and looking on here makes me think I won't. A scam and I don't know how I will get my refund!

Should've read the reviews before I signed up. They say that your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. After 5 days, I emailed the company to ask why I hadn't had an email about dispatch. I emailed again the next day, they apologised for the delay and said there'd be an issue with stock - it will be dispatched within 48 hours. I contacted them ANOTHER 5 DAYS later asking when it would be dispatched. After 13 days without the box, apparently it'd arrived at my neighbour's house but I received absolutely no tracking information. I asked the company to cancel my subscription.

Halfway through the next month, payment gets taken for the next box. I contacted the company regarding this payment, asking for a refund and for the subscription to actually be cancelled, and I've had no reply. Unfortunately I've had to open a dispute with my bank.

I pay £22.90 for surge box to be told it has been lost and they would give me 45% of my money ive ask them to refund the full amount back to me a week ago now and still haven’t received it. This company is a scam don’t buy anything from unless you want to give your money away for free

Ordered on 18th October said payment failed even tho money was in my account took it again on 21st October payment successfully which it should have been on first attempt and still no stuff 28th October absolutely shocking place and will never be ordering of them again still nothing to me I’ll just lose my money!!!!!!!!!!!

Could do with a little more variety. Other than that very pleased with the box

Received exactly what I was expecting to all in great condition, however I didn’t receive good shipping info on my order I didn’t know when it was going to arrive . Well worth the money great range.

Never received box, no response from emails or contact us page on website. No way to cancel subscription on website, link doesn't exist.
