Paid for a one off box, been charged for a second box
I paid for a one off box to try them out (and I had a discount code). I was happy with the box but decided I probably wouldn't order again as I'm a fussy eater. Next thing you know surgebox email me to say thanks for your order - they've taken the money out my bank and are sending me May's box...which I'm pretty sure I didn't subscribe to or sign up for.
Have let them know and waiting to hear back about cancellation.

I ordered my first box a while back now ive been really exited only its got to the point where I've completely forgot about it. Spencer has been great with the correspondence but the delivery is not the best. Sorry

Hi Paul, you ordered your box 11pm on the 11th and it was dropped at the post office 10am on the 14th. This is within the 3 working day order processing time period listed on our site so this review is disappointing but I understand with the bank holidays it has come to feel quite long.

Main issue is boxes suddenly stopped turning up, after a fortnight of trying to contact them and hearing nothing back, have stopped subscription and wouldn't recommend at all! Avoid this company

Doesn't respond to customers, reuses products and isn't worth the money
I asked for my subscription to be cancelled and box refunded, sending multiple emails and reaching out through social media, only to be ignored. They also have a no refund policy with a made up reason as to why they can't refund boxes, which is in violation of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 act.
They also reuse the same products each box (dodgy pre-workouts and sample whey protein) with maybe 2 or 3 new things with each box that just aren't worth the money.
There are better fitness boxes out there than this one.
