Two high quality bathrooms installed

We have had two bathrooms renovated by Surrey Interiors, they completed an amazing job and the workmanship was fantastic. The products used are extremely well made and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great all round solution

Just recently had our Kitchen renovated…

Just recently had our Kitchen renovated by Surrey Interiors, this is the second kitchen they have renovated for us and we could not recommend them highly enough. On both occasions the team have been on time, polite and respectful of our property, what an excellent team of professionals headed up by Graham & Frankie

Unprofessional - do not recommend

Robert, our builder, was fantastic - a pleasure to be around and cared about his work. That's what the stars are for.
Everything else about Surrey Interiors is unprofessional and I do not recommend them.
We had 2 bathrooms 'designed' and fitted in 2025. The design was basic and lacked any creativity. In one bathroom, a towel radiator could not be installed because there was no space between it and the toilet, due to the design. Graham did not apologise for this.
On completing the work, Graham tried to charge us for work which was quoted for but not completed (because it wasn't required). He was rude when discussing this.
The '1 year workmanship guarantee' is a complete lie, despite it being included in their terms and conditions. On contacting Graham about an issue which has damaged a vanity unit, I was told it was 'water ingress' is not covered under the product warranties, and that the workmanship warranty does not cover the silicone required to make the bathroom - a place with a fair amount of water - watertight. He used every any excuse in the book, with a complete lack of pride in the work, disregard for treating customers fairly, or honouring the T&Cs, and told us to fix the problem ourselves.
If you're looking to get a bathroom fitted, use a different company.

This is the third time we have used…

This is the third time we have used Surrey interiors over the past eleven years, twice to supply and fit luxury open plan kitchens, and now to modernise our outdated master bedroom.
As the previous times Graham was heavily involved in the complete process, and with the assistance of designer Justin, delivered a superb result. We were kept updated on every step of the way, from plans to quotes, to order and delivery, to fitting out by the excellent team of carpenters. Overall a very professional package from a very professional company.
Highly recommended.

I could write a book regarding the poor…

I could write a book regarding the poor and inept service given by Graham. Yes the end result is good but it was a long and painful road to get there. Graham is an unpleasant rude & bullying individual and my advise would be to steer well clear.

Firstly the kitchen mixer tap supplied…

Firstly the kitchen mixer tap supplied and fitted by them proved to be faulty, when contacted for help, told by them to undertake my own repair. Eventually involved an outside plumber, who laughed at this advise with a special tool required to carry out any such work. However, he found the mixer tap to be of poor quality without any indication of who the manufacture was, unusual for any reputable maker, also obtaining parts and required replacing to avoid similar problems.
Again encountered further difficulties with their fitted kitchen, with problems closing cupboards through what appears misalignment. Same attitude when contacting Surrey Interiors for help. Informed by them I should find a local handyman to investigate and repair, indicating once more to busy.
Strange and unhelpful approach when previously you had paid them to supply and fit, both a kitchen end of 2017 and bathroom sometime after.. Obviously no longer interest in either poor workmanship, or customer loyalty. Even when you offer to pay cash at the time, no subsequent communication was forthcoming, obviously they still cannot be bothered ?

Advice just avoid if my experience is anything to go by !

We are disappointed to see your review, especially when the kitchen was fitted over 9 years ago.
We would also like to point out that the Franke tap that was supplied is not a poor quality tap and we advised you of where you could purchase the spares for Franke taps when they are out of guarantee.
The kitchen was fitted over 9 years ago and the problems you have experienced now are from years of use and wear and tear and just need adjusting.
We advised a handy man to you as our fitters were booked into jobs for some time and this solution was, what we felt, the quickest option for you.
When you advised you couldn't get a handy man we offered to send someone as soon as we had availability, but our response seems to have prompted this review.

we used Surrey Interiors for a major…

we used Surrey Interiors for a major kitchen renovation that was completed in December, 2022. We were clueless customers who had never embarked on such a venture and had a very positive experience thanks to Surrey Interiors. Justin juggled deadlines, delays and tradespeople with diligence and patience (we organised flooring/plumbing/electrics around the installation) and was always on the other end of the phone when we needed him. The kitchen was meticulously designed and installation went smoothly and we are delighted with the final result. we had no idea what a big job we were taking on, and in retrospect can see how it all could have gone badly wrong without the right company. I wish we could post photos to the reviews to show the 'before' and 'after'.

Disappointing, given the number of positive reviews we read…

We hired Surrey Interiors to design and fit our family bathroom earlier this year. Although we are satisfied with the end result, we were left disappointed with the experience, cost and time taken to complete the job.

The lack of communication meant that we were not made aware of deliveries, or which days the contractors would be in, which was particularly disruptive whilst working from home

We experienced issues early on when some aspects of the bathroom were fitted differently to CAD Design. Generally, this was a result of lack of attention to detail taken in the initial design.

It took 8 weeks for the bathroom to be completed. (This Excluding 2 weeks during which we asked Surrey Interiors not to continue work whilst we escalated our complaint to KBSA - as one of their approved retailers)

Jake, George and all of the contractors were very helpful and seemed to be more knowledgeable than Surrey Interiors themselves. We are also really happy with the tiles done by Luke at Tilematic.

I hope this acts as an honest review of our experience for potential customers, but that it also highlights some feedback for Surrey Interiors to take onboard for future clients.

We were disappointed to see your 2 star review, as a company we strive to offer a very good service, as is apparent by our other reviews on this site.

Your comment regarding cost is a little surprising as we supplied you with an itemised estimate which was signed off as acceptable by you. We can only assume you are referring to the additional works you requested after the estimate was signed off and works had commenced.
There were some delays on your job which were a knock-on effect from the additional work you wanted.

All members of staff, including the Managing Director, were in regular contact with you. The only time when contact was not so regular was when the MD’s mother was unwell and subsequently died.
Unfortunately, deliveries from suppliers are ‘out of our control’ as they do not always give delivery dates, but when we were aware of a delivery date, we let you know.

With regards the CAD drawings, we always make it clear, on the drawings, that these are ‘an indication of the proposed design’.

We are pleased to hear that you are happy with our contractors, they are at the ‘coal face’ solving any unexpected issues that occur, due to age or property etc, which cannot be foreseen in the office.

We feel it is only fair to say that took money off what was owing to help with the issues that occurred.

Despite the negative review, we are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the end result.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, which resulted in receiving a personally insulting email. But it was ok, as they simply didn't mean to send the email to us!!! Stay well clear of these abusive individuals

Our house has been completely transformed

Our house has been completely transformed from disjointed rooms to a wonderful open plan living space and kitchen. Thank you so very much to Graham and his team at Surrey Interiors. They are a fantastic team- friendly, helpful and professional. They always gave us worthwhile advice and listened to our ideas. The build was remarkably done on schedule (during various COVID Tier restrictions!) to a superb standard. We love living in our house all over again. It is spacious, yet warm, functional, yet beautiful. Perfect.

Awful

Awful. Poor customer service, constant delays (not all Covid related). Took 8 weeks to complete 1.5 bathrooms ( 3 were to be refitted), surrey interiors then abandoned the incomplete project when the singular contractor ( who never once did a full days work) unsurprisingly sustained a back injury and they had no one to replace him. We were then left to find someone else to complete the project that surrey interiors could not.
