UPDATE. The reply from Surrey Lawn Turf is a complete lie. We never had an underlying problem with the lawn; it was uneven and had weeds. They have not given a refund. In fact they gave us £200 but asked that we remove our review. Lawn looks great when first laid, 3 months later hardly any grass remaining. They will not reply to emails other to blame myself. They declined to have a look at the lawn. They don't return calls. I would not recommend this company for your turf. The lawn was looked after as per the instructions left. As we have explained to you on many occasions, we are unable to be in the office due to COVID19. You have had all emails responded to and all queries answered. You have recently informed us that you had an underlying issue with the lawn you wanted replaced, which you didn't tell us about. Had you told us that you had underlying issues, we could of helped with them prior to installing the new lawn for you. Regardless of the above, we have issued you with the £200 refund that you requested.
