Good little site that provides helpful friendly customer service. They do not overwhelm you with loads of surveys like some of the big sites, but the surveys they do supply are interesting and well rewarded.
Also, they have about 3 customer polls each week which offer 40 quick points!
I would definitely recommend this site for someone who is starting out in the world of online surveys!

Love this site, much friendlier than some of the other companies. The surveys are interesting and not too long so you get bored. Rewards are paid quite quickly and there is something for everyone. I follow them on Facebook where they have fun little competitions.

Really good survey site. Like the fact you can be rewarded in different ways and you decide how to spend your points. Surveys and mini polls are straight forward. Also quick to respond to any questions you may have. Nothing to lose by joining.

Great Site, good surveys, some short easy and quick, some a little longer all with fair incentives. Quick to payout once threshold of £10 is reached. Would love a few more surveys as they are better put together than other survey sites I have come accross. Highly recommended.

Requests for payments are prompt although It does takes a while to accumulate enough points to reach the payout threshold. Surveys are interesting and fairly short with daily polls adding to the points tally.
A trustworthy and established survey site I'd definitely recommend.

they do pay out, I don't qualify for a lot of surveys but I eventually get there.

Great range of topics. Processed reward quickly. However, I would like more survey opportunities as some of the other panels I am a member of send more surveys more frequently.

I would recommend this site. You are not over run with surveys which some may like but when you do reach the points threshold which is quite reasonable for a voucher of £10, the redemption is swiftly made.

Excellent survey site. Very easy to complete surveys with good rewards. Always redeemed my rewards with no issues. High recommended.

Having been a member for a year or so it was a bit slow to earn some cash but I recently cashed out and got my earnings within a few days. I have also won a few of there comps on there facebook page so I am happy to still continue being a member :)

Surveys are very good and not to long points add up quickly and the payout is fast which all adds up to a very good site

Pros - Short surveys, easier to qualify for surveys than most sites, points for opinion polls, 3 ways to gain rewards - traditional points-for-vouchers / gift lottery / auction, 2 different types of points - survey points / social points, vouchers quickly received via post or email.

Cons - High points threshold for claiming vouchers, difficult to tell which vouchers are online codes or physical cards, not always emailed about surveys, not as many surveys as other sites.

Conclusion - Surveyfriends is an easy and reliable way to gain rewards for surveys. It can take time to build up the required number of points to gain a £10 voucher, but they are prompt in issuing rewards. The option to bid for high value vouchers in 2 different lotteries is an interesting twist on the usual survey idea.
