Very knowledgeable and very friendly staff. The lady who served me was so patient with my grandson who cried from start to finish. She stayed calm and gave me excellent advice. His mum loved his new shoes which were an excellent fit. I’ll definitely return. Thank you!

I recently ordered trainers for my daughter in the online sale. They arrived very quickly and fit perfectly. The addition of sweeties to the parcel delighted my 11 year old!
I live rurally so it's a great option to be able to order online but to know I'm getting the same excellent service and quality shoes that I've had in store.

Susie & Sams always has the best customer service as they go out their way for customers, are really helpful and always get back to me super fast! Twice I’ve placed an order and ordered the wrong size and instead of having to go back to the shop which is quite a distance from where I live, they have very kindly brought the replacement to my home address and picked up the wrong pair which is just amazing! Not many companies would go out their way as much for their customers. Due to the exceptional service always received, this store is always my first port of call for my little ones footwear. It’s so handy as well that they have a website and it now accepts different payment options to take the pressure off. I just love Susie & Sams!

Excellent Service, ordered online was delighted with Purchase, then noticed 1 pair I ordered were on Sale but not noted on the Website, contacted the Store and they refunded the money back to my card within the same day I ordered.
