I ordered ties from here on short notice for my wedding and they all arrived (5) really quickly and in great condition! They were perfect in fact!
Communication was easy and friendly and great value for money! Will definitely use this site again!!

Swagger & swoon are a must if you are getting married! The experience was relaxing and felt very personal, little touches along the way like tea bags in the post so we can talk over which colours matched the best with a brew! 100% recommend!

Swagger and Swoon were just incredible. They went above and beyond the whole process when ordering our ties for our wedding. From text messages and emails to ask for support when ordering swatches and and the items to even messaging the day before the wedding congratulating us, they just provided amazing customer service and made the whole process very easy. An amazing service from beginning to end. I would definitely order from here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other people.

We ordered our groomsmen ties for our wedding from Swagger and Swoon, and honestly the customer service we received was the best of any clothing company or wedding supplier!

They sent us multiple samples and when they still weren’t quite right, they sent us more. When we finally settled on a colour they kept us up to date with the process of making the ties and then right before our wedding sent us a lovely text to wish us luck! It was so personal and professional.

Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for ties for a wedding or just for general wear!

Fabulous service and they couldn't be any more accommodating if they tried! I ordered some ties and when they arrived, I wasn't keen on the colour and decided to do an exchange. The team was swift when responding on email and overall a pleasure to deal with. The guys looked fab with their pink ties on the day and I cpuldnt have been happier with my choice!

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish! In typical style I left ordering a bit last minute before our wedding, but once i'd spoken to Milan and George they set me at ease that we'd be good for time. They sent samples out quickly, and I was able to match them to the bridemaid samples and then put a quick order in. They updated me every step of the way by text which was great! I've just received the delivery and am over the moon with the items. Perfect!! These guys come highly recommended!

The experience with Swagger and Swoon was excellent from ordering the swatch through to placing and receiving the order. Communication was excellent with updates at each step so you know where your order was in the process and any responses to questions were very fast. The quality of the ties and pocket squares I ordered were excellent and such a beautiful colour. They arrived in plenty of time for the wedding. I really couldn't fault Swagger and Swoon at all, they were brilliant and there was absolutely zero stress dealing with them. I have already recommended them to friends.

It was so easy to order samples, colour match my bridesmaid dresses, and order our custom ties, bow ties & pocket squares for our wedding.
The process was smooth, the communication was great and the delivery was fast. I put in a secondary order for socks too and am so glad I did, the men all looked amazing on the day.

I would highly recommend Swagger and Swoon.We had the sage paisley tie and pockerchief for my sons Italian wedding and they were beautifully made.Hannah also went above and beyond to send me an urgent order within 3 days.

Ordered the Navy & Copper Paisley Wedding Tie for myself and my groomsman. Really high quality tie and the company were brilliant, offered their tie matching service and advised that I order swatches first to ensure I got the correct colour. They even sent me a text message the day before the wedding wishing me well, which I thought was a very nice touch. Will be ordering again and would recommend to any groom looking for good quality stand out ties/pocket squares.

Excellent choice, far better than the high street. I like how you can choose one of the many colours and then choose a style for the tie, i.e. thin, normal, cravat. The communication throughout was superb. What a great company.

Id say this company is probably up there in my top 3 of all time customer service ! if there was a 6th star they would've got it . Prompt service , amazing attention to detail . If anyone is getting married or needs a color matching up then these guys are for you , highly recommend and a special shout to George for your patience and help .
