I had my Jaguar X-Type remapped by the guys at Swallows today and was blown away by the excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly, I was shown around all of the cars they have on site and they answered all my questions with the years of knowledge they have! I will definitely be taking my car back to them for a service as I know my car is in safe hands! Would recommend to anyone!

Swallows offer an amazing service, friendly advice and superb customer care. Their level of knowledge and attention to detail for all things Jaguar is just incredible.They are as enthusiastic about the brand as any dedicated Jaguar owner, I can't recommend them highly enough.

I recently purchased a used Mercedes C Class from this business via Ebay. When I turned up to collect the car I found that there were a lot of faults not mentioned on the listing which were largely only discovered on the long drive home. Air con not working, fan only blowing out hot air, disc judder, 1 tyre barely legal, defective drivers wing mirror, rust in several spots not mentioned, several panels badly painted. Upon looking at the service info there were only 3 services filled out and only 2 stamps to verify. No receipts and no previous MOT's. Hardly a folder full of paperwork.

I contacted Beau to try and resolve the matter and he said as a good will gesture he would send out a full set of discs and pads. These have not materialised and further correspondence has gone unanswered.

A real shame as the staff I met when I collected seemed very friendly however, I do now feel duped and have an expensive repair bill to boot for all the faults listed.

I sense this company is more of a breakers yard than a car sales outlet. After a 4 hour jam on the way down to pick the car up in the rain I rushed the handover keen to get home. School boy error on my behalf but I took them at their word and asked if it drove ok to which they said yes fine.

The exterior of this car is in good condition for the age. There is a few small marks including a tiny patch of rust on the passengers door, this is about the size of a £2 coin, the wheels could also benefit from a refurb if you were being fussy, apart from this, there are no major dents or scratches to it, the exterior will be valeted upon the end of the auction. The grey fabric interior is also in good condition, whilst just abit dirty, it is not excessivly worn and has no rips, tears or holes in it. The previous owner has owned the car since it was just 1 year old, he used it as transport to the golf course once a week, and has since traded the car into us for a Jaguar Convertible to do the same task.
The car is in good mechanical condition, starting on the button, It has good history with it and a good folder full of paperwork. The car has 2 keys, plenty of MOT and is ready to drive away, The previous owner stated that he had only recently had all the brakes done, so they are also in really good condition. The engine bay is clean, and with the low miles of 66,000 miles, it has plenty of life left in it, the engine is silent, gearbox is smooth, no knocks or rattles from any other parts, its ready to go.

So there we have it, a lovely Mercedes C-Class that is looking for a new home, a truley spectacular car for not a lot of money.
I would highly recommend coming to view the vehicle before buying. We are based in Somerset near Weston-S-Mare, we also have a ramp availible so you can get a good view of the car before you commit to buying it, don't miss out on the opporunity to own a beauiful Jaguar.
