I bought only 2 items just to see if swap was legitimate and if items there would be worth purchasing. I was pleasantly surprised. The item noted "good condition" was even better than anticipated. The "like new" looked as if it was never worn. I WILL DEFINITELY keep buying. Love the choices too. Soo much of varying styles!!

We order 3 pair of work pants. They were so nice, we are not going to use as "work pants", we will add them to our regular wardrobe. We were pleasantly surprised! Thank you.

As expected. Arrived as promised. I would highly recommend this company for all of your clothing needs.

Swap.com sent clothing that was true to size, appeared to be brand new, and it arrived in a timely manner. I will continue to do business with them often; it sure beats paying full price (the bargains here are unbelievable!) at another store.

Would i buy this? One of my concerns when thrift buying is getting what you purchased in a fair and timely fashion. Swap.com is one of my favorite places to shop in the privacy of my own home, without going out! As a senior citizen I need to make each dollar I spend go farther. Swap.com allows me the flexibility to do just that. I would give Swap.com and extra Star if I could. Thank you Swap.com

I've been ordering from and referring friends to Swap.com for several years, but have run into delivery and refund problems. This dates back to November of 2021, which I wrote off to the busy holiday season. A rather large order got as far as my local UPS hub but then was returned to the sender (Swap.com) with no explanation. Only a few of the items in that order have been refunded; the rest they are telling me I OWN, which is impossible since I never received them. After THREE tries with online customer service, I still don't have an answer to that mishap.

More recently, I've experienced problems with slow delivery, and refunds on only some of the items I shipped back to Swap together in one package.

I am owed over $100 in missing refunds! I am going to be contacting the corporate offices to address this because NOTHING is happening at the customer service level.

The processing is really slow right now but when you get your package, it's sooo worth it. I got name brands and bought a jacket, a pair of jeans and 2 shirts for $15. I was not at all disappointed. All looked practically brand new. In fact, one shirt still had the new tags on it. If you're on a tight budget like I am but still want to dress nice then this is the place for you to shop. I will be a repeat customer and that I guarantee. Thank you, Swap for allowing me to look great and not empty my bank account!

Wow. I can't tell you how happy I am with my 10 piece order. Everything was good quality, excellent condition, and exactly what I was expecting, and packaged very nicely. This is a very good company. Thank you for a great experience!

I used to love Swap. This order took an entire MONTH to be delivered. I don't understand why, but it's not acceptable. Will not be ordering from them again. There are plenty of other options out there.

I have loved every item I have received so far from Swap.com. I have received compliment after compliment on everything I’ve worn, but most importantly, I love every item myself from the Aetrex booties to the Lucky sweater to my Style & Co. shorts, etc. Not only do I LOVE Swap.com, I NEED this place. I live in a town that has lost so many stores over the years… J.C. Penney’s, Macy’s, Old Navy and so many more, and has no consignment stores, and it’s very sad when the very nicest places in your town or city to buy clothes are T.J. Maxx, Target, the G.W. Boutique (“Goodwill”) and garage sales. It’s just so nice to have Swap.com as an option, one that when you look, you KNOW you’ll find things you love and want, and maybe need.
When I told one person at work who complimented several of my new clothes items that I got them from an online consignment shop Swap,com, she was so impressed, and she went online and discovered kids’ clothes which I didn’t realize they had since my kids are grown. It would be fun picking out clothes for my grown children though!
And the support is thorough and amazing! Le’Trice was such wonderful help!!

Swap is a great place to shop! The merchandise is good quality with reasonable prices. I've been a customer for several years with no problems.

Every time I've purchased something from Swap.com, the item(s) have been exactly as described and well-packaged. This purchase was no exception. I got a fantastic coat that I couldn't have found anywhere else. They're dependable, honest, and a great source for both bargains and unique items you can't always find elsewhere.

I recently used Swap.com for the first time. I bought 4 pair of shorts at an average cost of $11.00 each, one fantastic bargain. New, the shorts would have been $45 or more per pair. The shipping was a bit slow, but it was during the Christmas rush. Understandable. The shorts looked new, I will be a repeat customer!!

Swap is the best place to shop never disappoints with nice stylish and good quality clothing at great affordable pricing used but not abused clothing swap is where I shop love it ..

You can find some amazing prices, but sometimes it's a gamble of what condition the clothes will come- they need to describe what is missing/stains/any damage in their descriptions but they never do! Plus their shipping is completely random.

I bought 3 dresses a couple of weeks ago, and just received all of them. 1 came in seperate and within 5 days, the others cam in about 8-9 days after purchasing.

Dress 1: in beautiful condition, except a button in the front of the v neck wrap part of the dress on the inside was ripped off- I paid $8 for it and it's a $350 dress so it's a minor inconvenience but a bit annoying that I wasn't told

Dress 2: Came with dymoda.com tags? Which is another thrift online store so found that weird. The dress was perfect until I noticed 2-3 clasps of the same pattern and fabric of the dress were missing- one of them closes the neckline and without replacement clasps the dress will never be perfect. I will get a tailor to stitch the missing area closed but again this was not disclosed to me.

Dress 3: This dress has probably been worn a good amount of times, but I have to say was in fact excellent condition. No stains, rips or defects at least. So that made 1/3.

All 3 dresses I believe I bought in the "Good Condition" category, with one of them being actually as described. Disappointing that they don't list the flaws as it definitely would weigh in my opinion of placing the order or not.

I placed an additional order the same day for a pair of designer heels. This was 2 weeks and 5 days ago- they still have not shipped.

Because of both of these issues, I gave 3 stars.

This used to be my go to online store, i swear.....not anymore had to get a refund through, Amazon Pay, after weeks of no goods, no emails or phone communication, i'm done.

I've purchased several items and several times. Always happy with everything I receive. Quality items at a discounted price. Doesn't get any better than that. A satisfied customer and a repeat customer.

have mostly always love this site but the processing speed (place order Dec 26,2021) and still processing. which is the longest i ever had to wait. Most likely will be my last time ordering, I order from Shein and as well and got my order in two weeks. sizing is sometimes off as well.

I just placed my 4th order. Everything great & in good condition. I wait for the good sales & get an absolute steal on clothes. Great way to expand your wardrobe without breaking the bank. Only downfall is it takes about a month for your order to get to you, but they let you know this, so it's not a surprise.

As a graduate of the Business College at Ohio State University and retired business person, in my opinion, the reason why many businesses go on the be standout, great businesses, versus those that don't, is that the great business never stops improving their focus on satisfying their customers, day after day, week after week, month after month, and year after year. To be complacent is to slowly decline.
