I have trouble with the website holding my filters ( such as sizes I enter) I have re-enter it each time I look at the details of each product. And with the extreme price increases on most products, I thought the website would be working more professionally. Could you please try to resolve this glitch. Thank you

I feel like I’m trapped in this vicious cycle of ordering clothes and returning it. There is no way for me to get a full refund, other than to get store credit which keeps me locked in. Not only that, but they used to offer FREE shipping on order of $35. Now, the offer Free shipping depending on how much store credit you have. So if I have $ 75 store credit, Free shipping is offered on purchases on $85 or above and it keeps increasing. Not only that, but they started charging $5 on return items, which they used to not do. Oh, the amount of time it takes for you to receive your items, and then return takes MONTHS!!! Not only that, but the descriptions on your products aren’t accurate, and they will NOT refund. They also sell counterfeit items passed as brand names. The app itself doesn’t work properly, and your filter needs more options. I just want to love what I order, but instead Im mostly dissatisfied. If you would do away with the $5 return fee, and/or give proper refunds, I would tolerate the rest a lot more.

I ORDERED A JACKET ON 6-22-22 AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. I COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES, BOTH ON LINE AND PHONE ATTEMPTS, AND HAVE HAD NO SUCCESS. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TIME, BUT I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING AGAIN.

You can find really good deals on Swap, however not problem free. I have often purchased items that are not the condition as described and were clearly used/worn/soiled/damaged when the description given was "like new." Returns and refunds take a long time and now they charge $4.99 for each refund even if it was their error (i.e., wrong item shipped) even though they make it seem as free. Still waiting for refund a month later.

I have bought several times on swap.com and have never had a problem even when the purchase wasn’t exactly what I expected. The problem was resolved with great satisfaction. I would recommend to anyone that is looking to expand their wardrobe to take a look, buy it and if your not happy, let them know and they will help you make it right.

I bought 5 blouses for a total of $35 which included shipping. I kept 3 of the blouses because 2 were too tight in the bust.

I bought an Eddie Bauer sweat shirt for my partner and a beautiful Boho blouse for myself and both were no more than $12. You just can't beat that- and the items were in great condition. Found my new thrift shop.

I would give zero stars if I could. Sizes were smaller than represented. One item had rip in the leg— this was NOT in the description— the item is not fit to be sold at any grift store.
