still have not receved my entire order missng coats pant shorts shoes with no explanaton of what happened these items were gfts that need by august 12,2022 also need to return tems that are too small have addressed these concerns in prevous messages with no response swap used to be my go to for clothing and shoes but order fulfillment has drastically declned i receve boxes that are not even secured properly VERY UPSET/ANGRY/DISAPPOINTED

Very happy with my order! Everything was in very good condition. I had one item that was way too big but it fit my daughter. The prices were so great and !arrived in about 2 weeks- I will definitely order again!

The quality of the clothes are not as good as it used to be.
Photos are not so great with black clothing.
Womens clothing being mistaken for childrens happens too often so biting a childrens sized 10 and getting a woman’s sized item is disappointing.

Received my order every item was as pictured and stated in the description. I love that I was able to get jackets and Winter Wear under 10 bucks for each item very affordable as well as a brand new pair of shoes under $10 all of the items are plus size which usually cost way more but on this site they're very affordable thanks for the affordable prices and the great great quality!

This was my first time of purchasing on Swap.com I was very pleased with my experience and my item. It was top notch!!! I am pretty excited about my buy and I have shared my experience with Swap.com with my friends.

Well, the item that I was most excited about has become suddenly "unavailable" when to be shipped. Again!

In years past I would have given you 5 stars. I have been a SWAP customer for some time. . I had always been happy shopping at SWAP. I was always pleased with what I bought and rarely had a problem with returns. the last few orders I've placed have had incorrect items and have taken longer to reach me. when I first shopped at Swap returns were very easy through FEDX in a nearby Walgreens. I could drop off my return and grocery shop nearby. Then came UPS I am a partially handicapped senior lady now and it is not convenient for me to drive to a UPS facility. I have to bother my son in law to take my return for me which I don't like doing. I was able to mail the last few returns but not this last one. I am at the point that I am going to have to redeem what credit I have coming and shop elsewhere where returns are by US mail.

Swap offers an awesome selection of items and you can filter according to preferences including sizes, styles, condition, as well as price. On the downside, the site typically only provides 2 views of each item, one front and one back view, along with very basic descriptions. The major drawback is the cost of shipping and very slow deliveries.

I've been shopping on Swap for about 3 yrs now. At 1st it was good but in the last year, I've ordered lots of stuff that were advertised as XL adults but were kids clothes. Also to return anything now (sized wrong or not as advertised) Swap won't pay for return or credit your account so I'm not ordering. The shoes that I ordered last were narrow, not as advertised so I can't wear them & I refuse to pay return shipping! That's my final order!

I'll never order from swap.com ever again..unprofessional customer service, inconsistency when it comes to orders; just a big fat NO! From me and my family. Not worth the headache

Very costly experience with all the shipping fees. Every time they made an error on their end (selling me things they didn't have or sending me badly torn clothes) I had to pay for the shipping fees. They also wouldn't return the money to my card when they made a mistake and only would give me store credit. Which sucks since they kept selling me things
they don't have and each new ordering paying shipping fees to get and send back. Customer service was not speedy either. Would not recommend to anyone. Support local businesses

Free shipping should be available for a $75.00 purchase - $100 is too high. Also, it is more difficult to buy items, because return shipping is now being charged. People cannot buy items they might like because you must pay to return any item that does not fit.

Orders are slow to process. Credits are not easily given even after months and years after a return. No refunds back to your payment method. Credits just sit in account.

I am very happy with my purchase.The top looked like new , was very soft with no flaws whatsoever,I can't wait to wear it this Winter

I really, really love Swap.com! As a lifelong (OLD) thrifter, perusing the finds is very fun! Swap.com has vastly improved their shipping times.

I order the dresses for a wedding I didn’t get them in time . I liked the dresses I kept two. To return the items it was very easy. I plan on ordering from swat again. I didn’t receive first time discount either. Next order will be well before I really need it.

I am very happy with the items purchased. The price is always right.

All items, with the exception of the shorts, are great.
Shorts were listed as size 10, but are more like 12/14.
Returning.

Bought good as new items, arrived promptly and in good condition. Correct chosen size, color and style. I like being part of eco friendly experiences.
