I placed my order on the 17th November
I placed my order on the 17th November, I never thought for a million years that it wouldn’t arrive before Christmas. Totally gutted. I have tried to contact sweetplaid to ask when this is expected to be delivered, impossible task!

Awful awful service
Awful awful service. They dont tell you that their standard delivery is up to 20 working days, so a month!! Ordered for christmas, isnt likely to arrive until the end of January. They also have a "policy" stating you cant cancel after 11pm on the day of ordering, even though your order hasn't shipped but instead advise to return for a refund, which will no doubt be some foreign address which make it not worth doing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Stay Away - So SLOOOOW
Stay Away! SOOO slow! I placed my order with them on December the 11th, this is now December 23 and the order has not even shipped yet. I purchased from them because of an ad on Instagram stating it would make it in time for Christmas. So they took the money, never shipped anything out, and refuse to cancel any orders after 72 hours of ordering. I could make a sweatshirt myself in the time it is taking them to even ship one.

Takes your money, send no product.
Placed an order 2 of december. Since that its totaly silence except for one email, saying just that "relax, your package is on the way". No tracking number, no info what so all regarding delivery. Guessing i will not get the package untill Christmas, even though i ordered almost one month in advanced. No i cant recommend this company.
