Woeful - avoid . Garbage email when they bother to reply (they now don’t). Being to think I’ll never see the order or my money back.

They only allow cancellations on the day a order is placed which is a disgrace.

Ordered from Sweet Plaid on 27/11/20 and yet to receive item. Received an email on 3/12 to say order was on its way but guess what it hasn’t turned up.
Emailed them twice, no reply
Will be going to Trading Standards

Order placed on 8th December and whilst I have received emails there is nothing with an order number. Last email was on 11th December advising that they will let me know once my product ships but its been 9 days since that email. I have emailed the Sweetplaid team and received no feedback. Money has gone out of my account. Pending feedback but worried they are thieves.

Todo fue absolutamente genial. Hice el pedido el 29 de noviembre y llegó el 18 de diciembre. Sed pacientes, no es ningún tipo de engaños, imagino que habrán tenido un volumen importante de pedidos y se habrán retrasado por ello. Yo estoy super contento con mi compre, 4 sweet plaids, son super cómodos y suaves.

Everything was absolutely incredible! I ordered my products the 29th of November and I didn't received it until the 18th of December. I imagine that they might have received a lot of orders these days so they might have experienced some delays, I am so happy with my sweet plaids, they are really comfortable and soft.

I ordered 10 days ago at least! And the package havent been shipped yet so i wanted money back since it is a christmas present and needed to buy another gift. I Asked for refund and cancel my order. They said it was to late??? How is it to late When they havent even shipped the order??

No sign of delivery and ordered on the 5th December, despite 3 emails to support.ukatsweetplaid.com order 3895. I have checked the url I ordered on in case your going to give me the same answer as other customers. A phone number on your website would be progress.

Terrible experience.

Ordered 2 sweetplaids on 1st December....The shipping link they gave me initially did not work.

Sent multiple emails to customer support and very long delay in responses. Eventually got a response with a correct shipping link. Finally got delivery on the 29th of December.

I would recommend the company to improve their processes. Check shipping links before sending them onto customers. Be honest with delivery response times.

The products are very comfortable and warm and quality seems good so far.

Hello where is my order please it’s been over 7 days SPUK#4289

I have ordered plaid from the current company and the payment went through WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION! The payment process was bugged via MasterCard: when I pressed to proceed to pay the site crashed and they deducting money from my account with any confirmation. Please Sweetplaid company read my emails/messages, otherwise I will involve layers and report you for a fraud.

I ordered in the 6th of December, the money has ben deducted from my account and i got a confirmation email that said within 6 days i should get a tracking link to see my order.

Its been 10 days since that, no response or tracking link. I have emailed The company several times and no response feels like scam DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Like the rest of the reviews i put an order in the 4th of December, the money has ben deducted from my account and i got a confirmation email that said within 48 hours i should get a tracking link to see my order.

Its been 10 days since that, no response by email, no company information expect an email account that they don't reply on - don't buy from this company, its a scam until they prove differently.

Order placed on 26th November and stil no tracking number. Two mails on the last two days and no response. I praised to Ala, Yaveh, Thor and Zeus and stil no signal. Where are my pulls?

I did not get confirmation email with tracking code. No delivery. It seems you keep website running just to lure christmas-shoppers. I have emailed order number, but in vain. Don’t buy from this company until they step out of hiding and stick to promises. Our money goes straight into the pockets of the owner from Dubai.

I just bought one item on the website and wasn't careful at the delivery date. As I needed for chrismas I ask a refund straight away. I receive a email confirming the cancellation and the refund as been done in same time. I had a amazing responsive client services. I cant tell about the product but I had been please with there customers services.

Product was perfect! had delivery issues which were nothing to do with Sweetplaid but they still done their best to help, and it was resolved. Good service

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I don't often write reviews on companies but I had to for SweetPlaid. Originally had a mixup in my order and they sent a replacement allowing me to keep the original order. Quality of the fluffy hoodies is excellent and they fit all builds and sizes.
Slightly long delivery but that was indicated on the website.
Will definitely recommend to friends!

I ordred one of these sweet plaids for a present for my girlfriend, an she is so happy, I am a little disappointed now, that I didn't got one for myself to😂
but don't be scarred for ordering one of these, they are fantastic and in very good quality ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
