First time using this company to purchase my dog food. The price was good and the site looked professional and included a postal address. With fast delivery it was a no brained. I was not disappointed.

2 x bags of premium dog food at a great price, delivered next day. There was only one other supplier who was cheaper in the uk but with free delivery next day there was no competition. On the down side they did not return an email.

We have found that Swell Pets products are delivered promptly.

I ordered a small animal enclose 8 panels for my little guni pigs now its
winter time so that i can put it up in the conservatory and its brillant arrived on time and just fits the bill. Brillant. yes i would recommend this company

Goods returned 11 days ago refund still not processed seems they cannot cope with the level of returns? So if your not exactly sure of what you are buying I would look elsewhere.

I am reall satisfied with the treatment I receive from swell pets if they do not have any item I order they send me an email right away to see if I would like to wait until the item comes in or to cancel my item and send the rest of my order out to me there is only one thing with the order I placed this month it took a few days to get an email to say that one of my items was out of stock so I have waited over a week for my order I emailed them on Saturday the 11th of October I did get a reply to say that the person dealing with my order was not back until Tuesday the 14th October which is a shame as my dog has to wait another few days until his treats come this is the longest I have had to wait but overall in the past I've had excellent service in the past.

I would recommend Swell pets their delivery service is prompt and on time and you get a reasonable financial deal, although no extra discount for repeat business which is disappointing. Also the website is awful, I always telephone direct to the very helpful staff.

Speedy delivery, excellent value, exceptional quality.

The free delivery for orders over a certain amount is brilliant. I know my dogs' food will come next day when I order before 3pm the day before. The order has never failed to arrive. I sometimes combine my sister's order with my own so she doesn't have to pay for delivery on her smaller pet food order. Also a lot cheaper than my local pet shops.

Competitive prices, prompt delivery, have used them a few times now, always good to get the odd free gift too, my dogs certainly enjoy them!

I found this website just by chance and ordered two bags of 12kg IAMS the deal was great and came with some free treats. My delivery came quickly and was free! I think the value for money is awesome and I will definitely be using this website again!
